This is definitely the worst Dunkin around. How can you sell people rock hard donuts? Then my wife gets home to find out we don't have any straws and missing 2 of breakfast sandwiches.

When we ask them a pointed question about that, there’s always a long pause , then the employee says. “ yes we made them fresh this morning. “ Then we eat them and they taste day old. Like, not terrible, but turning into cardboard. Cmon. We’re not new !! I’d like to report them to headquarters

The most horrible Dunkin Donuts in the area, do not waste your time coming here. Always some super snarky woman in there that are always disrespectful and on top of that, every single time I have gone here, and I am not exaggerating, they never have any maple donuts. Why sell donuts if you aren’t going to have them in stock? It’s not hard to put together enough donuts. It’s them just being lazy. Super big L for this location. The one on Douglas is WAY better.

I can’t believe this place reheats old food. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. I can’t speak for the drinks as I have never had an issue, but I ordered hashbrowns and these hashbrowns literally were probably from yesterday and just reheated absolutely disgusting. I should have turned around, but I was rushing to get back to work. Shame on you guys for serving people reheated old food.

Worst location ever!! Drinks are always terrible, food is either sitting made and reheated because it’s always burnt and has the taste of chemicals. Service is crap as well, even the tone of the employee is terrible. I’ve gotten charged twice for items, and don’t bother rectifying the situation as they’ll become hostile. Good thing Starbucks is around the corner.

I only use mobile order now, such a great option. I Often pick up through the drive through. When the line is long there are never any issues walking inside to pick up they are pleasant to interact with.

I go to this Dunkin almost every day. My order is a large hot coffee with French Vanilla and oat milk. Every single day that I go here, my coffee tastes the exact same! I have to give this Dunkin a Kudos because uniformity is not the same at every location. No matter who's working, my coffee has always tasted excellent. Secondly, the line can be ridiculously long... BUT these employees are so quick and efficient that I cannot say I have waited over 5-10 minutes in the line. Thank you to the hard workers at this Dunkin for all that you do!

Customer service is absolutely horrendous. They are ignorant. They have made my coffee incorrectly more than once. They are nothing but terrible. Especially whoever the girl was today she has the worst attitude. She gave us nothing but an attitude from the start when we asked for a moment and didn’t respond right away to her. She absolutely should not be in customer service and when we came to the window to complain we got ignored. They need all new management in the building and employees. I would never recommend going here. Go to the one down the street.
