I have been to this location: 3300 Orchard Rd Oswego, IL 60543 everyday for the last two weeks and every time I got they don’t have hot chocolate. They keep telling me the machine is broken. I’ve gone at different times but no luck. It’s in their menu but they can’t make it at this location.

The service here is really amazing!! Especially from Jagga, Rahul and Dilpret!! They always are very friendly and very quick with your order and accurate as well. Definitely love coming to this location. Also definitely recommend trying the cloud iced latte 🔥 their food is always very fresh too. Overall very nice ambience to be in.

We've gone 3 times the past couple months. The first two times they've gotten our order wrong. Then this last time there was a hair in my toddler's donut. Haven't heard back when contacting customer support on any of this.

My wife and I am pretty sure they sell day old donuts that didn’t sell yesterday. . When we ask them a pointed question about that, there’s always a long pause , then the employee says. “ yes we made them fresh this morning. “ Then we eat them and they taste day old. Like, not terrible, but turning into cardboard. Cmon. We’re not new !! I’d like to report them to headquarters

The most horrible Dunkin Donuts in the area, do not waste your time coming here. Always some super snarky woman in there that are always disrespectful and on top of that, every single time I have gone here, and I am not exaggerating, they never have any maple donuts. Why sell donuts if you aren’t going to have them in stock? It’s not hard to put together enough donuts. It’s them just being lazy. Super big L for this location. The one on Douglas is WAY better.
I can’t believe this place reheats old food. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. I can’t speak for the drinks as I have never had an issue, but I ordered hashbrowns and these hashbrowns literally were probably from yesterday and just reheated absolutely disgusting. I should have turned around, but I was rushing to get back to work. Shame on you guys for serving people reheated old food.

Worst location ever!! Drinks are always terrible, food is either sitting made and reheated because it’s always burnt and has the taste of chemicals. Service is crap as well, even the tone of the employee is terrible. I’ve gotten charged twice for items, and don’t bother rectifying the situation as they’ll become hostile. Good thing Starbucks is around the corner.

Every time I come here , there is a problem with my order or what I ask for . Never the correct milk or getting overcharged for something I didn’t ask for . Then , they always trying to move me along without fixing the issue . This will be the last time I give my money to this place . Definitely need more training and working on customer service .
