This place is great the managers were all friendly they made me feel at home IN A RESTAURANT I am definitely coming back here they had my food out to me really fast they had the speed of fast food but the food quality of a sit down restaurant.

Given the fact that it's a chain restaurant it's still a favorite of mine. Many options for your burgers even realized recently you can go bunless or a lettuce wrap. Food is always made within few minutes and no matter what size fries you order you will always find extra in the bag to compliment your order.

The burgers are great! They offer some unique options for toppings. I am a big fan of getting the A1 sauce on the burger. The fries are delicious too and they always give extra.

This place is usually good. However today I was disappointed! I asked for 3 classic combos at 12.99 each and was over charged. I felt like the cashier kept trying to upsell us, but I specifically said just add cheese or bacon. I end up paying for a combo plus a cheeseburger while all along I just wanted a cheese on the classic burger. I try to clarify with him, but he kept trying to “upsell” the classic to a double cheeseburger. He later said he can refund me but I was so disappointed I had to walk away for I didn’t want to make a scene.

Service was exceptional. However, it was so cold in the restaurant that we had to get our coats from the car. The restaurant had been open for at least an hour so should have been warm enough to eat. I wish I would have had some gloves also. It's really hard to enjoy a meal when you are too cold. I dislike eating in a coat. We just could not relax.
No MALTS.??? Last time I got a chocolate malt. Now I'm told they don't have Malts anymore. Big disappointment.
