I was greeted enthusiastically by a young man with a huge smile. My order was cooked fresh and was accurate. I was given more fries than I could eat. Everything was phenomenal. Great job, five guys.

Given the fact that it's a chain restaurant it's still a favorite of mine. Many options for your burgers even realized recently you can go bunless or a lettuce wrap. Food is always made within few minutes and no matter what size fries you order you will always find extra in the bag to compliment your order.

Service was exceptional. However, it was so cold in the restaurant that we had to get our coats from the car. The restaurant had been open for at least an hour so should have been warm enough to eat. I wish I would have had some gloves also. It's really hard to enjoy a meal when you are too cold. I dislike eating in a coat. We just could not relax.

No MALTS.??? Last time I got a chocolate malt. Now I'm told they don't have Malts anymore. ...
