Slow service and awful pizza. I mean truly awful. I remember a few months ago I ordered from Dominos and the manager re-made the pizza (without me asking) because it had too many bubbles on it when he checked it upon pickup. I went to Giordanos and ordered a new tavern style and the whole thing was bubbles and tasteless. Just a funny moment that fast food pizza has higher standards than this place. Definitely avoid.

My family and I went to eat here for an early dinner on Saturday and at first, everything was great. Appetizers and drinks came out quickly and our server was really nice. However, the wait for our pizza was crazy long. We were really patient and really didn't mind waiting, but we did witness others walking out because the food took so long to come out. There weren't even that many people dining in so we really didn't know why pizzas were taking so long to come out. The food itself was fine, but to add insult to injury, we were charged twice for our food that took around 2 hours to come out. We paid once through the portable device they provided and after part of my family had already left, I was told the payment hadn't gone through and that I had to pay again. We later found out that we were charged twice for the same meal. I think it goes without saying that we will not be returning to dine in or to carry out.

My wife and myself had never eaten a true Chicago deepdish. And we are eaters so we drove to Illinois and thank you Jesus we did. Hands down the best experience all together. Fabulous 10 stars we have plans to be back there in 2 weeks

Friday night and only about 6 tables in the whole place, short servers and waited a while. Food was good, not great, tried new pub style thin and crispy. 2 of them, one pepperoni and one sausage. Very light on toppings and sauce, Pizza was a little undercooked and chewy not crispy. Everyone said it had a funky flavor to the crust. Pizza is very personal to everyone, we will stick with our go to places for consistency. Not bad, just ok.

Ordered takeout. Haven’t been here in years but was pleasantly surprised. Take out packaging was excellent. Food was hot and fresh. We had a chicken parm and Italian beef. Both are solid entrees. Chicken parm bread could’ve been a little toastier. 7.5/10 overall meal

Awful experience with the North Aurora location. Placed an order at 3p for a delivery between 5p and 5:30p. Didn’t receive the order until 6:30p and one of the pizzas looked like it had been sitting out for hours and was cold. Staff was rude when I called to inquire and ask to cancel and get a refund. Order from Rosati’s … you’ll get a fresh pizza and at least they deliver when they say they will.
