Ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, mushrooms, black olives and extra red sauce. No extra hardly any red sauce and got onions which I and my family hate. I was on my way out of town so it was to late to return the pizza. Normally love giordano's.

The few times I’m over in Oswego I normally eat inside and it’s always been good. Ordered delivery this time or so I thought and I’ll explain. When placing order online I selected no contact delivery. So I place order then it tells me a pick up time. When I place no contact delivery that means no contact delivery if I wanted to pick it up I would have selected that option and I didn’t select curbside. So I called to see what’s going on. Spoke to Ashley and was told they don’t do delivery. I’m like umm okay so can I cancel please? She said hold on so I waited and got hung up on. So I called back again and explained I was hung up on she tells me hang on again. Some new lady comes on phone( I assume the manager) I explained to her what was going on and cut me off multiple times and told me she cancelled the order and hung up right away. I had another question but couldn’t even ask it because she hung up so quick. I wanted to know when my payment would come back to me. Definitely a different experience this time unfortunately. Definitely don’t recommend this location for the service.

The appetizers and pizza were fabulous and were well worth the 30-40 minute wait, they tell you. It was a little cold inside, and they forgot one person's meal. Will definitely go back.

Here's an idea... When someone calls in to order, perhaps say HELLO when picking up the phone instead of right to the music. Just a thought,

Unfortunately I must resort to a 1 star due to an illegal business practice and fraud.

When I went to this location in July 2024, this location charges a flat rate of 3% to cover expenses related to inflation, etc. That you can request to have removed.

I'm not going to do that, I'm just going to not go here again. Raise the prices on the menu's by 3% instead next time. This is fraud plain and simple.

Amazing that a Pizza Chain as robust as Giordano's can't even help themselves from ripping us off. Illinois government should be embarrassed they allow this.

Dined in, ordered a deep dish pie, pan pie, and pasta dish. Took about 40-45 minutes until they arrived. Service was good--waitress was attentive and kept our glasses full while we waited. A topping was left off our deep dish pizza (whatever, it happens.)

Food was good. Crusts were crispy and toasty, pan pizza had crisped parmesan baked into it. Sauce was tomatoey and fresh. Toppings were plentiful and their flavors came through.

A good authentic CHI deep dish pie. As far as pizza goes in general, satisfying, but nothing to get hyped about. Solid 3 stars.

Tried the chicken sausage pizza for take-out... FANTASTIC! We also had the Italian salad that also wonderful. We'll be back soon!

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces all around the building. Very accessible entrance, too.

It was fine. Was looking for Chicago style Pizza...I guess this is a variety of it. Place has a fast casual vibe, reminded me of a noodles and co, but there is wait staff. Toppings, sauce, and crust were pretty disappointing. Your pie does come with a mountain of cheese. I would look elsewhere for impressive pizza.

The food and service are great. The atmosphere in here is awful. The seating is limited and they don't have any nice booths. It almost feels like an afterthought. The dining area at the Morton Grove location feels much more welcoming and makes you want to stay for a while.
