Awful experience with the North Aurora location. Placed an order at 3p for a delivery between 5p and 5:30p. Didn’t receive the order until 6:30p and one of the pizzas looked like it had been sitting out for hours and was cold. Staff was rude when I called to inquire and ask to cancel and get a refund. Order from Rosati’s … you’ll get a fresh pizza and at least they deliver when they say they will.

We dine at the Oswego Giordanos every 2 weeks with the opposite week being at the GlenEllen Giordanos. We have a pizza night every Friday with our son. The Oswego Giordanos is such a friendly place! Of course they know us by now! We use to carry out every week from the Oswego location. 😊Ashlyn is our favorite server! She is friendly, attentive and fast. She even remembers most of our order when we come! Lol! She is a fantastic girl and we really appreciate her kindness and smile!

Order a small Chicago style pizza that was fine but we also order a famy size Greek salad that we love for the lemon vinaigrette dressing its supposed to have lettuce,feta,olives, peppercini, tomatos and cucumber but it had no feta or tomatos and as overprice as a family size salad is already not to have feta or tomatos makes me wonder why I paid $23 for it
If your going to try deep dish pizza, THIS is the place!

Ordered on 7/30/25. I did a curbside pick up order. Diane gave excellent customer service! I had the house salad & personal deep dish. The salad was good. It’s been a while since I’ve had their deep dish. This one just didn’t seem the same. Not as flavorful.
