I had such a fantastic breakfast experience at IHOP, thanks to Shelly and her wonderful team. From the moment I walked in, Shelly’s warm welcome set the tone for the visit. She checked in several times throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect.
The service was quick and friendly, and the food was outstanding—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. My pancakes were light and fluffy, the eggs cooked just right. The steak omelette was just as i remembered when I use to come as a kid. Everything tasted as if it had just come off the griddle.
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to start the day. Between the attentive service, fresh food, and Shelly’s personal touch, this visit really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more mornings like this!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, the phone call was unprofessional — no greeting, no “good morning,” and the person on the other end was extremely rude. I wasn’t given any estimated time for when my food would be ready. She just hang up!
When I arrived to pick up my order, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. The lobby was empty, and still, no effort was made to provide even basic courtesy like a “hello” or “thank you.” Extremely disappointing from start to finish. No manager on duty either till 9am! My daughter loves this place. We go there a lot. I always tip 30-50% This was not our first interaction with Antoinette H. She was our server twice before. First I thought maybe she had a bad day. The experience kept getting worse every time! I will reach out to corporate office with this matter!

Brought my family in for a late breakfast. The staff did not mention their A/C was broken, and we weren't dying of heat stroke until we had already ordered. The service was extremely slow, and the food was mediocre at best. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. The place is not very clean, which made this whole experience even worse.We will not be back.

I want to take a moment to thank the IHOP on Route 34 for such a wonderful experience, especially the general manager, Shelly. I came in with my family for our routine Sunday morning breakfast catering order, and I was fortunate enough to be attended by her directly.
Shelly helped us with such promptness and patience, and what truly stood out was how understanding she was when I struggled to pronounce some of our breakfast modifications in English. Without hesitation, she kindly switched to Spanish—her fluency made everything so much easier and more comfortable for me.
She wasn’t just helpful—she was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout the whole process. Because of Shelly’s excellent service, I left with not only a delicious order but also a good-spirited and joyful start to my day. I will absolutely be coming back, and it’s because of the care and attention she showed me and my family. Thank you, Shelly!
