The fresh berry crepes were horrible. they had no taste and were undercooked.

I had a 2 month old and we were seated in the back and there was a waiter who attended everyone else around us but ignored us not sure because her shift was ending or what but she didn’t even ask us for drinks. We had waited and I hope they look at the cameras because it was 20mins and that was very unprofessional I can’t rate the food. I would go somewhere else especially if you have a family.

terrible service From Armando, Backhanded Comments, Every time we asked for something, he was full of sarcasm and refused to do anything, was not attentive to our orders, And we asked for a birthday pancake, and he said that they don't even do them anymore when I have came and done them before, ive came here for years never again, DO NOT COME HERE.

Visited on Christmas Day. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty when I arrived, I waited a long time to be seated. Service was slow and disorganized, including delays receiving the main part but i continued positivity and after my original server finished, another employee took over. I waited about 20 minutes just to process payment and get 1 more togo tray while new guests were seated.
An automatic 18% gratuity was applied despite the delays. When I asked for the tip to be adjusted to reflect the service, I was told I was rude. That response was unprofessional, especially on a holiday in front of my kids who were the mains ones getting impatient because we were packed except me waiting to leave.
Busy does not excuse poor organization or forcing gratuity. I came in wanting to enjoy the holiday spirit and left frustrated.
I would not have had an issue paying or tipping if the situation had made sense. I personally observed staff appearing unsure of which guests to greet next because several parties were seated all at once. Despite coming around 5:00 p.m., we waited over 10 minutes while no other guests required check-in.
Tipping should reflect the level of service provided, not be expected simply because it was a holiday—especially when the service immediately created a poor first impression. I actually intended to tip the first staff member more. However, a second staff member stated they were “busy,” even though I had been waiting and observing the situation the entire time.
The first server was occupied, and the only assistance needed was processing payment and bringing a tray. I would have better understood the delay had the 2nd waiter not intervened at all seeming to help. The lack of coordination, communication, and efficiency negatively impacted the experience and made the expectation of tipping feel unjustified. I left upset feeling forced to be treated bad on Christmas i still tipped because it always in my heart but very embarrassed i had to go there with her to lie and say they are busy when she could of took the new customers and let me keep the waiter that was already serving me. If it was gonna be another delay just to leave.

Came on a quiet snowy weekday. All staff were very nice, especially manager Shelly. Food service was speedy and delicious. Would visit again soon.

I wanted to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience we had during our recent visit. Despite sitting at our table for over 10 minutes, the waiter passed by four times without acknowledging us or offering assistance. We remained patient and courteous throughout, but the lack of attention was highly disappointing.
I hope this feedback helps improve service for future guests.

Service was amazing! Very welcoming! Thank you very much to Kristina for the great customer service always checking up to see if everything was going well! The whole front staff was very welcoming! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!!!

Employees are great. But the restaurant is understaffed!
This location is one of the cleanest and friendliest ihop’s I’ve experienced. It is Veterans Day and while it was very busy, the team work there with staff was impressive. I was especially impressed with Shelly; she was multi-tasking several tables, while still making sure, other stations, i.e. cooks, lobby, etc. were running smoothly. I highly recommend this location for their tasty dishes and service. Thank you Shelly for your great service and hospitality.
