I wanted to leave a review because I had absolutely the best customer service experience at the Oswego location. The manager was wonderful and at the same time teaching a new employee and serving the customers. Smoothly and with a smile. Great customer Service experience all around.

Average at best but only shopped for frozen pizza from case. Limited variety in store and about $3 more per pizza (and when I am buying six pizzas, that adds up) than online. Don't shop in store if you know what you want, just order online. We live out of state and usually pick up 4-6 pizzas per visit but will stick with online order or get pizza from competitor who also ships next time. When I asked the cashier about options, she seemed disinterested in applying any customer service skills.

Ordered online on a Friday. They were super busy but the time they gave us for the order to be ready was spot on. We didn't have to wait at all. We got a deep dish with sausage and garlic. Was tasty but too much garlic in my opinion. Just know if you order garlic they pack alot on. Regardless the pizza was delicious.

Ordered the deep dish Chicago classic online from their website for pickup. Took longer than estimated to be ready, which is fine, but then we receive the pizza pictured in this review. Part of the pizza was only cheese and bread/crust and the parts with sauce and meat were placed sloppily and didn’t taste right.
I’ve ordered the same from other locations and have not been served this quality. Will not be returning. Guess it’s time to try Giordano’s.

Lou's Pizza is always good and I have never had a bad experience. Today, the Door Dash deliverer did not deliver to me and just handed my order to someone who said they were me when asked. Maria at the restaurant made it right. I always like to praise good customer service and Matia is a great asset to Lou's. Thank You!

I've always loved Lou's pizza, best in Illinois!! Today my husband and I stopped in to get some frozen pizza's for dinner. Addison helped us out. She was a breathe of fresh air. She smiled, laughed and enjoyed being at her job. I have not seen this around lately and wanted to let Lou's know they did a great job on hiring Addison. Thank you and keep being kind.

This is truly my favorite pizza restaurant in all of the Chicagoland area. Never disappointed!
I order often from this location. It is NOT A DINE IN restaurant. I do carryout. They also do curbside & delivery. If I have a question, I call & a helpful staff member answers my question.
We like the Caesar dressing. We have ordered apps, thin crust & deep dish pizza. Whatever we order is correctly prepared, pizzas are hot. It’s always a great experience! Highly recommend!

Ordered Lou Malnati’s deep dish cheese pizza for delivery. Pizza was delivered early. Food was hot and delicious!!! A bit pricy for a medium pizza ($31.19) but so worth it!! 5 stars all the way!!
