I know a lot of people compare their pizza to Lous. For deep dish, by far one of the best pizzas. Tasting, fresh ingredients. On the thin crust side you got some good competition around that can through down.

I occasionally indulge in a deep dish cheese with buttercrust. It's always cooked perfectly. It always tastes delicious. Everyone I interact with is very nice.

The ladies working up front were so sweet! Its so nice to have such a personality in their tone when these days no one gives u eye contact lol love getting the bruschetta here for holiday events, this is my second time and will def do it again for Christmas!

Lou’s is going down the toilet. Services is just getting worse everytime I order. Last time I ordered online for delivery. I thought Lou’s delivers. After I put order in I get a DoorDash text. It took and hour and a half to get my pizza from DoorDash which if I would have know it was DoorDash I would have picked it up. Cheese slide all to one side. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Waited on hold for 10minutes. Nobody answered so I hung up

This is take out only. The food is great! The salad is to die for! That dressing is habit forming, lol. A little pricey but a great place for pizza take out once in a while, maybe for a special gathering at home. The crust is nice and crunchy, just the way I like it! Very fresh.
Usually I'd give Lou's 5 stars and usually we don't go to this location but today we paid $3 for extra cheese and instead it just came with very little cheese and mostly huge chunks of tomatoes. For the price thats ridiculous. The pizza still had good flavor but I've ordered from this location twice and they never seem to put extra cheese on but have no problem charging me for it

Ordered for an OHS Color Guard fundraiser from the Oswego takeout location. Ordering online was super easy, pick up time was on point, the staff was so so nice, and everything we ordered was great! We ordered a family meal, which was an xl pizza, a huge salad, and it came with 4 chocolate chip cookies. I had never ordered Lou's before, but we did for an Oswego fundraiser, and I loved it! Aside from the pizza, obviously, I have to say the house salad dressing is realllllly good! We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for supporting the local schools with the generous give back percentage!
