Lou's Pizza is always good and I have never had a bad experience. Today, the Door Dash deliverer did not deliver to me and just handed my order to someone who said they were me when asked. Maria at the restaurant made it right. I always like to praise good customer service and Matia is a great asset to Lou's. Thank You!

I've always loved Lou's pizza, best in Illinois!! Today my husband and I stopped in to get some frozen pizza's for dinner. Addison helped us out. She was a breathe of fresh air. She smiled, laughed and enjoyed being at her job. I have not seen this around lately and wanted to let Lou's know they did a great job on hiring Addison. Thank you and keep being kind.

I order often from this location. It is NOT A DINE IN restaurant. I do carryout. They also do curbside & delivery. If I have a question, I call & a helpful staff member answers my question.
We like the Caesar dressing. We have ordered apps, thin crust & deep dish pizza. Whatever we order is correctly prepared, pizzas are hot. It’s always a great experience! Highly recommend!

Ordered Lou Malnati’s deep dish cheese pizza for delivery. Pizza was delivered early. Food was hot and delicious!!! A bit pricy for a medium pizza ($31.19) but so worth it!! 5 stars all the way!!
Last time we ordered takeout it wasn’t that great but thought maybe they were having an off day then we got takeout over Father’s Day weekend and it was still disappointing. The two pizzas were both pretty bland. the one deep dish pizza looked like there was soup floating on top with all the grease making the sauce very runny. Just not worth $60.

The Oswego Lou Malnati’s location for delivery or carry out is one of our favorite pizza places. We love the choices for deep dish and gluten free pizzas and sizes. Their salad and dressings are wonderful, and the service is great. We truly love Lou Malnati’s.
