Avoid ordering pickup online at McDonald’s (3417 S Orchard Rd, Oswego, IL 60543). I placed a breakfast order online well before 10:30 AM for pickup, arrived at 10:31, and was told, “Yeah, the best I can do is the coffee.” Excuse me? I had already paid for my order. You’d think they’d start making it as soon as it’s placed—but no. Apparently, if you’re not physically there before 10:30, you don’t get your food, even if you ordered in time. What a joke.

This isn’t even my first bad experience here. About a year and a half ago, a drive-thru employee threatened to spit in my family’s food—we had to call the police to handle it. Clearly, nothing has improved. It feels like this location is run by a teenage manager with a district manager who doesn’t care. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location.

I never leave reviews, but this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. In fact it’s the worst fast food in general I’ve ever been to. My order is incorrect EVEY SINGLE TIME. Even when I open the bag before leaving the drive through to make sure all the contents are there ( which is very rare) the food is incorrectly made.

Always enjoy, able, except this last time I walked in with a code, because I had bought my daughter a happy meal and I got a medium fry, crispy . And I had to rebuy the meals again and then she also had me buy another sandwich, and normally when you fill out the servay you normally get what you had for free the return trip but I didn't or I wasn't so lucky, and I also didn't get my crispy fries the second time, and I wasn't happy

Of course, I occasionally stop at McDonald's anywhere in the world. More or less, only customer-staff interactions can be reacted and evaluated here. Everything is fine here and to my satisfaction. The service is friendly and prompt, the establishment is clean.

Very bad. This is the second time I've been there, and there machine that makes the shakes was down first I was told it was being cleaned at 12 o'clock in the afternoon at noontime. That is pretty stupid. Then I went inside and they said it was broken. They need to get their story straight.

I'm tired of coming here with an online order and you guys still some how figure out how to mess it up. 2 mcdoubles ketchup only. That's it so simple. But fail every time. Not happy with this location

This location will never get my service again! Plus I will inform my family and friends not to go to this location. Placed a $30 breakfast order for my family. The order was received by the restaurant 30mins before the 10:30 “cut off time “ however they cancelled my mobile app order. The manager claimed they make the food when you are arrive, then he said they start when you’re within a one mile radius so the food won’t get cold. Makes absolutely no sense. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead on the app then?! He claimed it to be a corporate decision, not the stores control. ( I will be contacting corporate). He asked what was on the order to see if he had anything left in the back. No thanks, I don’t want any thrown together scraps! I feel like they just didn’t want to make my large order and decided to cancel it. So upsetting!
