The only mcdonalds I've been to that has been serving their sundaes đ¨ the way they are suppose to serve. Fudge is hot and ice cream is perfect. Actual fudge not choclate syrup. I would like the management to know it means alot to customers when the product is served as it was in past. Please keep up the great customer experience đ. Best wishes for owner & team! Thank you.

horrible experiencing dining in, there was a tick on the booth we were sitting at , and multiple flies swarming around the booth and other parts of the restaurant. food was subpar and not as good as it usually is. unacceptable. i advise nobody to go to this location because if thereâs ticks in the dining room imagine whatâs in your food !!!

Constant issues with the food during the day. Old, hard to chew McChickens that are so dry it's painful. You order Extra onions? No onions for you. Try going during another time of day, night shift seems way better.

2 days ago I ordered a large Diet Coke and requested to round up. With tax the total was 1.89 and the round up made it go to 3.00. I mentioned it at the window and the rude worker said that prices were different at different stores. When it said 1.89 on the screen.... I used to work at McDonald's so I know what it's like. The workers here are so unpleasant and not talkative. I understand that it's hard to work fast food (I worked fast food too), but at least try to be kind.

i ordered and paid $5 (no change) at the first window. i get to the second window and am told that the items i ordered are unavailable and was asked if i would like something else. after i said no and asked for a refund, i had to sit and wait for the manager stacy to collect my refund money and bring it back to the employee that was handing out food at the window. both were very unprofessional and rude and nasty people who were very unhelpful and gave me attitudes. i was not even upset that they lacked inventory. i am more so upset at the fact that i was given a dirty look and window slam after a mistake that was made by THEM not ME. i also did not receive my full $5. i was given $4 and some change. i will not be returning and i suggest that you donât either. i am noticing that i am not the only person who has complained about stacy the manager. she also is unhygienic (does not wash her hands). i will be looking into seeing how to get her fired.

I paid for $20 worth of food during breakfast time. Stacy was the manager. I paid and moved on to the next window where I could see my food by the window. The lady at the window asked me to repeat my whole order assuming I either cut line or didn't pay for an order that expensive. I could see Stacy the manager at the time standing right next to her. Probably instructed her to do so. Very annoying. Very unprofessional. Not my first bad experience with her. Don't know how she still has a job.
