I paid for $20 worth of food during breakfast time. Stacy was the manager. I paid and moved on to the next window where I could see my food by the window. The lady at the window asked me to repeat my whole order assuming I either cut line or didn't pay for an order that expensive. I could see Stacy the manager at the time standing right next to her. Probably instructed her to do so. Very annoying. Very unprofessional. Not my first bad experience with her. Don't know how she still has a job.

coldest fries i have ever had and considering it took over 15 min thats a real surprise i could even get some warm fries, and even after all that time they forget the food I paid for (nuggets) like a bunch stoned idiot teenagers.

Workers were rude and seemed dead (Not lively). They also didn't even know how to operate the equipment and was trying to rush me to continue, even tho i was the only person inside. The food came out rotten, I also had to ask a worker to dispense a whole new drink using a machine, wasting more plastic than just letting customers refill it themselves.

I used drive thru and ordered food. They didn't give me my cheeseburger and I tried to call to pick up again. But the employee was very rude and disrespectful. When I told him I didn't give a cheeseburger, the Indian employee said so what…... This store needs maintenance. I'm not going back never

Went thru the drive thru, ordered a $5 meal deal and got a chicken sandwich. And i had gotten a hamburger, so i went back around to get it fixed. And the manager i assume that was on duty, Took the whole bag back and rolled her eyes about it. I was not mad about the situation i just wanted my chicken sandwich, I got the bag back and there JUST the chicken sandwhich. the bag i handed them had my fries and the hamburger. I didn’t get my fries back either. Not to mention again, The manager rolled her eyes about it and snatched the bag. If you don’t wanna cook fries, don’t work at mcdonald’s. Smh.

This location is very professional and always has fresh food. Today I was having a bad day and with my order, I said I was having a bad day and if I could please have hot fresh fries, and the woman that took my order said she was going to make sure to make me happy and I would have hot fries! The communication from the employee itself made me happy and so did hot fresh fries. I think her name was Kenia. I did ask for her name when I was paying. I hope the name is correct. People like that make such a difference. Thank you.

I just went in to order what I always order from McDs, an egg mcmuffin substitute steak. I was told by the manager at the register that they can't do this, lol. I replied I get this sandwich all the time everywhere else. Still the answer was no. I order 3 sausage mcmuffins instead. The receipt shows 2 sausage mcmuffins, an egg mcmuffin and a sausage mcmuffin with egg. So I go back to the counter and tell the same woman that took my order that she made a mistake. She looks at me and tells me that this is what I ordered. Very argumentative. I tell her I just want 3 Sausage mcmuffins. She's replies, "So how many do you want?" I say three and hold up 3 fingers to confirm. I get my order... 2 sausage mcmuffins. Back to counter. Same woman. "I ordered 3!" Her reply. "I only changed you for 2. Do you want another one?" This person seems to be running the show. She should learn how to take an order. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
