I never leave bad reviews but I came through the drivethru tonight not only did I receive the wrong order, when I called the store I was hung up on 3 different times. Wouldn’t recommend

I just left this McDonald's. I went through the drive thru. The young man at the window dropped my daughters happy meal on the ground. He didn't offer an apology or even say anything has I had to open my door and grab the happy meal off the ground. A simply apology goes a long way. He didn't even wait for me to grab the food before releasing it from his hands. I think staff needs to be retrained on customer service. I know we all have off days but from a customer stand point you dropped food that I paid for to eat and couldn't even apologize. Signed a very disappointed customer.

The crew at this location needs to be retrained on proper customer service, and getting their customer’s orders correct. Most of the crew have a piss poor attitude, especially when you come back to return what they have messed up.

Whoever the lady manager at night shift has a serious problem when customers try to use to bogo sandwich on your receipt. First time it was denied because the receipt was from another store (like seriously) and then the second time it was cause it was past the 30 days, now the third time which was last night her excuse for denial was because on the receipt we didn’t order a sandwich. Now im pissed this needs to be looked into. None of your cashier at the night shift know how to enter this promo and we did video tape this interaction will be showing the gm soon employee said manager name was Christina. Is the money from the free sandwich really coming out of her paycheck??????? Also they don’t like to give out receipts you have to beg for it and then watch as they go through a gazillion receipts to find it. That’s suspicious that they purposely screw around with customers.

I've had multiple bad experiences but this was the last straw. Every time we go late, the overnight lady gets my order wrong. She fixed it before, but this time.... I'm told I didn't order clearly, too bad, good night. I waited for her to come back and she told me to leave. "It was too cold to deal with this." I continued to wait and asked a third time. She came back with the correct order. I learned my lesson and I hope you do too. Don't come back. Everyone else on the overnight crew is great. If you want a better location, check out Eola Rd (24 hrs) or Hansen Blvd. Food was fine but it would've been better if I didn't have to fight for it.

This is the worse fries and nuggets I ever had. The fries taste like gassy old grease and so does the nuggets. Please change the grease!
