Management needs to get sent to training specially the lady with glasses that didn’t have her name tag on, I order thru the mobile app to pick thru curbside I got there and I park in number 4 I waited over 15 minutes for my food never came out and I went inside and I was told that I never place a order when I had proof I did I even told her what number the spot I checked in and showed her my order and still she kept saying that she wasn’t gonna give me the food I had order, she was rude and raising her voice towards me and while I was looking for my receipt I ended up ordering food again but this time just for my wife and daughter she walked away while I was still talking to her and got somebody else to charge me again, needed calling corporate and they said that she should of made my order there and she still denied it. She shouldn’t be manager if she can’t do her job right or how to treat people. She told my wife to go to Wendy next time.

Fries were luke warm (not hot, but hey — close enough). The line was longer than a drive-thru should be, and sadly, a couple orders weren't quite right. It’s McDonald’s, so I wasn’t expecting five-star dining, but I was hoping for the right combo in the bag. Still, got my fry fix, so not a total loss!

The food was not fresh! It was like its been sitting for hours and they just put the chicken finger back in oil to cook it again. The chicken was straight oil and the fries had no salt on them. They did not give a recipet with the order, which they usually ask if you want and I always have it or its on the bag but it was not on the bag. It was fast but if its not fresh I do not want it. Not happy with this, I hope they work on this!

Did a mobile order on the mcdonalds app. I arrived and they said they couldnt find my code to come inside. I go inside i show the lady the code and she says i dont have anything and walks away and tells a runner to help him. The girl who looked no older than 18 says “what do you want”. So i responded nothing i dont need anything forget it. For $6 they can keep it and i will make sure no one in my family ever goes here again! So disrespectful.

You messed an order up for a mobile, how in the hell do you manage that mistake? A spicy Mc crispy and a double quarter pounder and he gave me two McChicken‘s. SMH

Was doing delivery for uber at 4 am. There was a homeless man with a weapon who harassed me when I pulled in, he was out front of this McDonald’s. I went through drive thru to get uber order the spanish ladies had a real attitude and wouldn’t hand me the bag through the window even though the bag was 6 feet away. I told her about the gentleman out front and said I’m not walking past him please hand it to me. They refused, I had to call police the whole time you lost customers cause I didn’t move so about 10 cars you lost business on. Uber called the restaurant and said the driver feels unsafe can you please hand out the window. They refused again, they refused even when police came. Wanted to post this store that doesn’t care about safety of drivers so that when something happens they will be responsible. Nobody should have to put themselves in danger, is this what you teach your employees? So you don’t have any accommodations for handicap as well as far as pick up goes? I find it hard to believe that it was impossible to hand the bag through the window. Again check your security footage and you’ll see this man even approaching my car. Very dangerous situation. Uber also filed report on the store to operations notifying that the store was called and talked to the Spanish lady. Uber said there is a man out front harassing our driver can you hand out the window for his safety and they said no.
I went with a receipt feedback code,i wanted to buy the 2 burger meal deal and get a free meal deal,i see no where it say i can not pay for 1 and get a free one like my coupon stated,the manager told the cashier not to ring it up,McDonald commit false promotions and advertizing

The employees were super rude. They would not want to help me and they kept saying I need to go through the door, but when I went through the door, they never even opened the door for me so I had to go through the drive-through three times to like get helpso one star for them because they were rude and they did not help

Every time i come here at like at like 1am or 3am, the food always hits, like shout out to the night crew ya’ll eat with the food every time. The wait be so worth it specially when you order cookies, they be fresh out the oven fr 😩🙏 shout out to yall !!

I never leave bad reviews but I came through the drivethru tonight not only did I receive the wrong order, when I called the store I was hung up on 3 different times. Wouldn’t recommend

I just left this McDonald's. I went through the drive thru. The young man at the window dropped my daughters happy meal on the ground. He didn't offer an apology or even say anything has I had to open my door and grab the happy meal off the ground. A simply apology goes a long way. He didn't even wait for me to grab the food before releasing it from his hands. I think staff needs to be retrained on customer service. I know we all have off days but from a customer stand point you dropped food that I paid for to eat and couldn't even apologize.

The crew at this location needs to be retrained on proper customer service, and getting their customer’s orders correct. Most of the crew have a piss poor attitude, especially when you come back to return what they have messed up.
