I’ve been here a few times because my family loves it, but the last two visits were disappointing. The bartender wasn’t rude, just not friendly and didn’t leave a good impression. The bar was nearly empty, yet my food sat in the window for several minutes while employees stood around, and it took 15 minutes just to get a check and box.
I’m a manager in the food industry, so I understand things happen but this has been a reoccurring issue. The food is great, but the service feels careless unless you’re a regular or a male customer. Consistency and genuine hospitality should matter for everyone. A simple smile and better attitude from the staff would go a long way.

So we come up from Florida, and I get it they have to check are ids more because they are from out of state, but the won’t serve my buddy because his is still flipped up right, even tho his birthday is on it, and he’s about to turn 22 in December. Crazy, will not come back here. Look up the law on it, honestly they should have just called the police, they would have cleared them. They literally have a card reader and scanner at this bar, and she checked it and oked it🤣 yet won’t serve him.

We walked in off the street, didn't expect much but we were absolutely blown away by the environment, the service and the layout of the establishment. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich with au jus and the breaded chicken tenders blew our mind. Our bartender was Ashley, she gave us impeccable service engaging and even when she wasn't there, every other bartender was very engaging and attentive. I don't know why this place is not packed at all times. I've reviewed hundreds of places around the world and this is one of my favorites.

We were out and about on a Tuesday evening. We popped in about 6 o’clock. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Sam. She was very friendly and asked if we were there for BINGO. We didn’t know anything about it and before we could answer she grabbed us each a card and dabber so we could participate. We never had to ask for a refill on our drinks the whole evening and they got pretty busy for just 2 bar tenders/waitresses. They had great drink and food specials. We can’t wait to go back and see what it’s like on a weekend. Great first experience 👍🥰 🍺
The place attracts a crowd, however the bar service is slow and not friendly or customer focused. At 11pm on a Saturday, we were passed up by 3 of the 4 ladies behind the bar, despite us being 3 ladies waiting to order drinks. We had to get men from our group to gather their attention to order drinks. It was quite frustrating to wait 30 mins to get drinks, and to not be acknowledged the entire time by the 4 bartenders. A simple “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment” would have helped appease the wait time. A woman next to us ,with a drink in hand, affirmed “it takes a while,” when a bartender smirked and shook her head with no eye contact after I raised my hand and said “excuse me ma’am” to catch her attention. Veteran to veteran, this service could be better and your bartenders could make more in tips if they moved with a sense of urgency and acknowledged those who they are serving, even if they can’t get to them right away. If you wish to level up your service, it could help to start with the bartenders and their level of customer service.

The food was very good!! The chicken strips are so juicy and tender and the breading was great. The fries and onion rings are definitely on the top of my AWSOME list. The only complaint was the bar has no blender? How can you call yourself a bar with NO blender for frozen margaritas, daiquiris, ect.....other than that great place to eat and drink. 👍🏻

Loved this bar! It was me and my friend’s first time going and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Our server was a bit stand-offish and we really didn’t know why especially since she has a lot of great reviews on here. She made us feel a little weird since she said we had a lot of modifications to our food (burgers without a topping or two) and then also seemed irritated at the fact that we asked her to split our checks at the end (even though she told us when she asked for a card to start a tab that this was possible when we wanted to pay). Other than that, we had a good night and definitely want to go back!!
