This used to be my favorite place to get a milkshake, but in the past few months, quality has dipped. How do you mess up a milkshake? More like chocolate milk. Now they're skimping on the ice cream. North Aurora still makes good shakes, so I guess it's just Oswego whose quality has dropped.

I always get a vanilla milkshake and it's always good. I will say the prices have been a little ridiculous though.

Just came from Oberweis and I will start with that the ice cream is still amazing. However we sat in our car to eat because the tables were disgusting, it didn't look like they had been wiped down all day. Then my cone started leaking all over me because the whole tip was broken off. Very disappointing knowing they are under new management and they should be at their best this early in the game.

I wasn't crazy about the lemon BlackBerry ice cream, pretty bland. The music was too loud. But the service was great!

Really good ice cream, lousy costumer care In this store they discriminate for speaking Spanish a lady did not want to give a balloon to my baby I asked her for one and she said sorry we don't have one and after 5 minutes another guy started blowing up balloons for some girls and I asked the guy why he didn't want to give it to me his partner and she played innocent.
