Ice cream is great but the management is really poor. One person managing the entire store on a hot afternoon is very very poor management. People waiting in line for more than 15 minutes just to place an order in today’s day and age is ridiculous. No self checkout for grab and go, no online ordering so at least people can come and sit. I feel bad for the employee who was all by himself and really felt pressured with long cues. This one star is purely for the management. Request to management to have more staff during busy. Thank you!

Fast service, tons of options, and WOW taste!!!
Amazing place with very good rich ice cream. Everything tasted so fresh. There was a young guy on the register tonight that let me and my sister taste everything! I got the banana split and my sister got the waffle cone. Will be back the next time I’m in town.
I order 2 bananas royals and I just had a little half banana little dark on each one ice cream scoop was small too
Liv was super friendly and sweet. Ice cream was delicious, highly recommend the turtle.
