I would not recommend this store to my enemies. Two times now they messed up my online order. A $60 online order for a meeting. I arrive at pick up, look in the bag, ask if everything is in there, the response is yes, I said ok, and I look in the bag, there is a half dozen bags in a bigger bag. The sheet is marked all contents ordered, and they messed it up. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and it was great. I also ordered the chicken noodle soup, and a ceaser salad. The chicken noodle broth tasted off. The broth was also a very dark color compared to normal. The salad was filled with wilted lettuce, and crutons that were oily to the touch. Seeing that salads are the most common cause of food poisoning, I would think Panara would want to serve fresh salad. I attached photos of the food and soup.
