Please make sure the server repeats back your order..I asked for a Margarita on the rocks(meaning on ice) he brings me a frozen daiquiri , and insist that is what I said, I declined while drink was still in his hand… NEVER took a sip NEVER touched the complimentary chips and salsa he brought to the table…I leave (I believe eating out should always be a good experience for all parties) he walks outside with his phone in his hand…to take my picture…I’m assuming to harass me for payment 😏of what I never ordered or received.,this could have been avoided if he had listened to me or even offered to make what I actually asked for. Not a great experience at the Oswego location!

Food was good! Unfortunately they only have margaritas and Modelo to drink. If you are seated in the wrong spot the restaurant is so dark you have to use your phone as a light. The service was ok. They were quick to take orders and get drinks out. Food was !Very Hot! It came out relatively quick, but no checkups to see if we needed anything.

Not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review. My husband and I have been coming here for years. The food and the margaritas are great; but we keep coming back because the staff are AMAZING. Much love to Ricky, Jerry, and the crew.

I ordered the Chicken Fajitas. I had them give me a mix of corn and flour shells. While I like the flavor of the corn shell I prefer the flour. The seasoning of the chicken was perfect as were the veggies. The portions are generous. They give you free salsa and chips. We didn't really care for the Salsa. I feel it needs Cilantro or something. I got a Strawberry Margarita 27oz it was very tasty and not too strong but still stiff. We aren't from the area. So it's always great when you pick a seemingly random place and it's this good. We were very happy with the Food, Service, Cleanliness and Value for your money. If I'm ever near this franchise again I'll definitely consider dining here.

Great place where food is always consistently good. Really enjoyed the pork taco dinner. Friendly, helpful staff & wonderful margaritas. Tues & Thurs they have 1/2 priced margaritas.

Pepe’s offers extremely good service—very attentive and quick!
I tried the flautas and the stuffed steak tacos. The tacos were generously filled with lots of meat, and I recommend ordering them Mexican-style with cilantro—it really enhances the flavor. The flautas were decent, though not particularly memorable. Overall, the food was good, not exceptional, but everything was served quickly, which is a plus.
The atmosphere inside is lively and festive, with Spanish music playing and plenty of traditional Mexican decorations that add a nice touch. However, one issue we encountered was a number of fruit flies at our table, which was pretty annoying and distracted from the overall experience.
It’s worth noting that Pepe’s is a franchise, so experiences might vary between locations. This visit had its highlights, but also room for improvement.
