My wife and I recently moved to the area and decided to grab a bite after our laundry list of moving chores. After passing by and looking for ideas, we stumbled into Pho Son. Let me tell you, best decision of the night! We were greeted immediately with smiles and openness by the staff in the restaurant.
I am a pescatarian (only eat fish and dairy) and my wife tends to be a little on the picky side. I asked for some suggestions (I always do...) and ended up trying their sweet and spicy shrimp rice-based dish. She tried their garlic chicken, and we also ordered some vegan egg rolls and one of their salad appetizers. WOW! All of the food was fantastic! The person waiting on us ensured our water was always full. He also took extra care to make sure the meal was in my diet - even coming back to clarify the fried egg was okay.
About the best case "let's just stop in blind" scenario you can ask for. Obviously if you are reading this, you aren't stopping in blind but I can still assure that you won't be disappointed. Top notch! Definitely coming back!
Vegetarian options: Their tofu options are numerous! And their vegan broth was very flavorful!

This place was amazing! Just tried this place with my partner and we were blown away. Not only was the Banh mi a perfect fresh sandwich, but the beef and brisket pho was perfection. The broth was beautiful. People are lovely, and very accommodating. 5/5 will be a usual! Thank you Pho Son ?

I drive half an hour regularly to visit Pho Son. A small and quiet stop for lunch or dinner with incredibly fresh food, and kind and quick service. It is hard to find food this authentic outside of Chicago.
I love the spring rolls for an appetizer. The pork báhn mì and smoothie is my favorite lunchtime combo. The pho is the best comfort food ever and feels like someone’s grandmother made it. This is my go-to pick-up order when I’m sick or want a cozy meal.

I came to this restaurant today with my friends.I ordered beef sandwich and chicken wings. They both are delicious. My friends said their food are good too. The servers there are super nice and friendly. There are a lot of restaurants around but base on my experience as a Vietnamese , Pho Son Is the best for Vietnamese food. I will definitely come back often.

If you like pho, this place has the best in Oswego!! I really enjoyed the brisket and tofu topping with some of thwir home made chili garlic sauce to flavor the broth. Top notch place.
