I've been to different vietnamese restaurants before and this place always has the best banh mi sandwhiches. They're always really flavorful and have a range of flavors within one sandwhich, from the meat to the bread and vegetables.

We stopped at this restaurant on a whim and it was such a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared quickly. The pho had an amazing depth of flavor. We also had the lotus salad with shrimp. It was so fresh, light, and delicious. The fresh spring rolls and egg rolls were perfect appetizers as well. The servers were friendly and the restaurant and bathrooms were really clean. The Thai iced tea was also perfect and not too sweet. We can’t wait to return!

We celebrated my sister's birthday at this restaurant with a party of 9. Setting up a reservation was easy, and upon arrival, everything was ready for us. The restaurant's atmosphere is fresh and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The staff was patient with us and took the time to answer any questions we had and explain different menu items to us. As for the food, it was beyond words. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous. Every meal that came to our table looked amazing, and everyone at our table loved their food. We even shared some bites of our meals, and the food tasted so flavorful and fresh. You will be glad you decided to try this place out.

Have eaten here several times via take out and delivery.Usually get the brisket pho which is perfect every time . This time I tried the vermicelli bowl and I’m absolutely in love.The food is sooooo fresh .But I took a star away because the chicken and pork are tough and the chicken taste a tadbit suspect.So I just order shrimp or keep it vegetarian.Otherwise , everything else is great!

Never thought I would give 2 stars to our fav 5 star Oswego restaurant. Clearly under new owner/management but they weren’t honest in announcing this to the loyal customers of the original Pho Son. The beautiful & simple menu has been replaced by a more complicated and also meat focused menu. No longer vegan friendly for those in our family that are vegan/vegetarian. New menu is also without some of our previous favorite dishes. The multiple variety of delicious teas and boba teas are no longer offered. There is no website now. Our Pho Son is gone. Sadly we, along with other regular customers we know, will no longer be ordering from here.
