Very kind staff, Luis really made me feel welcome upon arrival. I ordered a great chicken bacon sandwich🙏 I eat at popeyes all the time and never had a chicken sandwich this juicy🙏 the place is so clean you can eat off the floor. If im around the area again I will definatey swing by here again.

Popeyes is my favorite chicken place! This Oswego location has earned 5 stars in my opinion. The restaurant is kept very clean and the employees are always friendly and welcoming! The manager Luis always greets me when i come in to order and takes a minute to ask how I’m doing. I highly recommend this Popeyes!!

I'll tell you this. CHECK your drive through order. I got home with it and it was completely wrong. In my bag was my receipt and a mobile order receipt. The mobile order receipt was correct but that wasn't mine that's not what I ordered. I went back to the Popeyes and talked to the guy that handed me this food and told him that this was wrong. He said I'll fix it. And then he proceeded to make the mobile order all over again, not my order! I had to stop him midway through and say what are you doing? Needless to say I won't be coming back again too much shenanigans!

Went here today for lunch 07/5/25 around 2:30 me & my husband got the 8 piece meal with Large side and biscuits, the chicken was not even that good way to greasy the biscuits were not even soft . I noticed when we arrived and I was placing out order ,the chicken looked like it had been sitting for sometime . No one at this Popeyes on Orchard Rd in Oswego speaks English, they need to hire some American people , who understand our language. I will nerve go back to this restaurant again .

Terrible service. No people skills. NO ONE EVEN SPEAKS ENGLISH BUT 1 MANAGER.
If you order to the wrong location and have a reciept proving so a restaurant should honor said purchase.
They should NOT make a customer pay $80 ordering twice and now going through day after day of unhelpful “online service”.
All for a refund for food I never got, then had to wait over 40 mins to reorder!!
Get it together Oswego Popeyes!! You want jobs? You want this location function?! Do better.

This is ridiculous! How do you mix up a 5pc spicy meal with a chicken sandwich! This was over $13 and then you refuse to answer the phone! You make too too many mistakes with just putting a simple order together and then have the nerve to charge for one extra sauce!!

I will say it's 50/50 on my order being 100% but I don't really care as long as I'm not losing a lot of money. The food is always delicious and they are always extremely nice. Their attitudes matter more than my food accuracy in my opinion, because mistakes happen and life goes on.
