I have been there a few years ago and I didn’t like it a lot, for their expensive and simple
food. Now one of my friends recommended their burgers, and this time I really enjoyed it. Looks like I will be back many times from now.

I flew all the way from Baltimore to get my favorite meal from my favorite portillos location. Hot dogs changed and fries have changed. I was so disappointed since the dogs had an artificial smoke flavor and the fries were all mush instead of having a light crisp to them. The onion rings are still bangin though so that's the only thing I ate from my order. Won't be making this trip again anytime soon.

The practice of two lanes so they can take as many orders as possible as quickly as possible seems to result in a very long, slow line, as well as bags of food sitting at the window getting cold until you can get to it. Then the poor staff bring your food to you and you’re stuck behind four or five other cars still waiting for their food? So you can’t exit. must be good for the bottom line but stinks for customer experience and service.
