I overheard the manager Melanie talking about me to my ex who was sitting not far from me. We often were patrons together there and she was always friendly to both of us so I was completely devastated and shocked at her inability to remain empathetic to the situation instead engaging in humiliating gossip about me. I wouldn't write a comment if it were a younger , newer server but as a manager who has been there a long time she should know better as she has no idea who else would be listening to her inappropriate and insensitive comments. If you like to engage in gossip and judgements of others while dining then this is the place for you!

Went there for dinner tonight, a Friday night. Place was empty. Ordered dinner and drinks. Waitress stated that Bud Light pitchers were only $3 special of the night, so we ordered one. Food was mediocre, service from waitress was good. My daughter noticed on the bill that we had been charged $8 instead of $3 for the pitcher , so she asked the waitress to correct it. So, the waitress went and asked a brunette manager female behind the bar to please fix the ticket. The manager proceeded to come out and tell my daughter I changed it, but it was $8 not $3 and you know should know that, and then proceeded to throw the ticket at her. Needless to say, my daughter was shocked and asked to speak to a manager. The girl behind the bar said you will have to wait he is not here yet, and I'm leaving. So, we waited. Eventually the manager came to our table and we explained what happened. He told us that she is a manager and probably had a bad day! Really??? That's excusable?? No wonder they don't have any business! We won't be back and will spread the word not to waste your money by eating at Scoreboards in Oswego!! They are rude and find it excusable if you are having a bad day!! Go to Poor Boys or Cantina! They are very welcoming to their customers and food at Poor Boys is very good!!

Seems like the food went back down hill. Not the first time. Was really good last couple months. Now it's back to burnt pizza and over done fries. I know it is probably who is making the food but someone does a great job and others do not. How about some food quality checks? Rarely see the owner in here, not clear who the manager is. Unlike Pig Dog. But someone needs to check the food for consistency here because there is none. Your never quite sure what your gonna get.

We just moved to Oswego in May. We had yet to try the food, but we had our hopes high because we really want a "go to" sports bar in Oswego. But alas, Scoreboards will not be the place. We went on a busier night. We were told right away the kitchen is backed up. So we were prepared for it to be a while. Surprisingly, we received our appetizer quick. The cheese curds were good, but the service during the wait time lacked. I'm addition, she did not seem overly friendly in her exchanges. When we got the meal, I was less than impressed. I ordered a burger and it was burnt--most likely due to the high temp of the grill since they were so behind. I ordered it medium, but it was VERY well done. The whole experience was just "okay." I would definitely recommend other restaurants over this one.

The pizza was terrible and that's an understatement. I am positive that it is cheap frozen pizza with some toppings thrown on and not even cooked. I will never be going back it really was that bad of pizza. There is a reason there was no one else there eating. If you want to eat food do not come here. Zero starts

Very disappointed at the service! Bartenders ( a younger-daughter and older-mom) seem to only cared about regular costumers. And the younger one was sitting on top of the cooler and using her phone the whole time while we were waiting on them to pay any attention to any of us! Maybe the owner should pay more attention in what’s going on this restaurant. Definitely going down hill!! Don’t recommended to go till they have some staff renovation!!
