Waiting in line for no one happens too often at all times of the day.
The staff is clearly more focused on their phones and creating tik toks for the store than actually serving their customers. Whoever owns this location should re-evaluate the staff or even keeping this location open. How can you keep customers happy by not serving anyone and when you do its 20+ mins for a cup of coffee. Ridiculous . I live walking distance form this place and I drive extra to go to the other locations or a different coffee spot altogether. Ridiculous. Been in the area 5 years and this is the norm.

I came in at 7:45. I told the lady in front I did not get her name at the Starbucks stand but I had asked her. Why is it closed is not 8:00 yet she said “my clock says 8:00” and I showed her the time on my phone and it says 7:45. There is other customers behind me wanting Starbucks as well and she had told them as well that they close at eight and that they were closed but it was 7:45 PM That is very unprofessional and she should get fired I drove 20 minutes away to come to Jewel to get the Starbucks because that’s the only Starbucks that makes my drink right and I did not appreciate this because I just wasted my time and gas

They were so slow!! Tried to charge us $15 for a simple grande pink drink with cold foam! We asked about a secret menu drink that they were advertising and they told us everyone should know they are $15!! How was I supposed to know that?! The atmosphere was also very creepy. Overall I think i’ll just stick to a normal Starbucks.

I always have such a great experience at Starbucks. The people are always so friendly and awesome. I'm sad to say the store is a bit different. I walked up to the counter and there were two girls this morning behind the counter. I waited and waited moved around a little so they could see me and I finally had to ask for help. They just seemed very aloof and more concerned with talking to each other than concentrating on what they were doing. They ended up having to fix my drink because she made it wrong. Drink ended up being yummy of course So I gave a two star instead of a one-star rating

Staff is always very friendly here, prices keep going up, but it is always consistent and service is always provided with a smile. They have some great snack options like the cheese and cold cuts, and the kids can’t leave Starbucks without getting one of those cake pops. Overall reliable and consistent service at this location every time.

Went on the 50% off drink day line was so long but the workers were handling it like pros! Proud of them! The person at the window with piercings and fluffy hair was super nice and had my order waiting for me! I usually have to wait for the item I order because it takes a while to make but it tastes amazing and the service was super fast and all the workers were really nice!
Just went today at 11am and Juan is a great person to have at the window! Second time seeing him super friendly, patient, kind, and understanding. Best customer service I got here in awhile. I wish you guys had a review website that made it count towards the store. Hopefully Juan gets his recognition from how great of a worker he is.
