Starbucks

Came for a refresher asked for a mango passion fruit with lemonade and instead of the dragonfruit to add extra strawberries which you pay more for and this is what I got how you gonna charge more and barely put any in literally asked for extra

We were going to drive through but the line was very long and weaved in and out of the parking lot and did not feel safe, so we ended up parking and going inside.

I’ve had one positive experience here but then shortly had to delete because of every other time i’ve visited this location. I came in before close not too long ago and I got to the screen and a barista let out a long groan as if I were bothering her. All the the times I’ve gone service has been pretty slow but that’s not even the issue, it’s the attitude from baristas that spoil my day.

Overcrowded dirty and had to get manager to put toilet paper in women's bathroom after she finally got off the phone.

Long wait, waited at the window for 10 minutes, we didn't order a lot. The drink didn't have any flavor all the flavor was at the bottom waste of money and time

Love me some Starbucks, especially from the amazing baristas at Kroger in streators Starbucks. Thanks for making my mornings/ afternoons/evenings ?? Christina and her amazing team hit a home run every time...

The absolute slowest. Worst of worst... I expect more from Starbucks. I write this review sitting in line for 25 minutes still - coffee less... You have a long line because you are slow. Awful

Friendly staff. They make my drinks exactly how I like it. When you ask for extra of something for instance carmel they give you lots of carmel which is something other locations i have visited didn't do well with

The staff is always friendly and I have never had a bad experience. They have made my day on more than one occasion ?

I think the lady servicing the order pickup was just stressed out, but she was rude and it was not appreciated on Christmas Eve... Yelling at me because I did not see the one person at at time sign that was not near the door. A courtesy notice would have been appropriate. Then she was rude again when I asked how to know when order is ready. With the a sigh and yelling voice, she said that she would be able to see me through the glass and would get me. It was just a simple question... Between this being a gift and $6 for coffee, I am disappointed. Expected better. Store was busy and Yorkville store is better in comparison.

My drink wasn't made correctly so I politely asked to have it remade and I got the eye roll, like come on there's no need to do that. If you don't like your job don't work there! Other than that my drink was correct the 2nd time and tasted good ?

The Yorkville location was closed, so I've been here a couple of times and the coffee was great. The order was hot, accurate, and pretty fast considering the length of the drive-through queue. Very friendly staff as well.

During Covid-19 Season, with a busy drive through, they still process your order in less time than the Starbucks app states. My last visit, only one person is allowed in the doorway. I know this, because I was told to step outside LOL (Huge sign saying one person only). The person taking the online orders is getting a lot of walking in and is still pleasant. Awesome store!

Quality is the same, but the drive through is a mess. It always takes such a long time and they did not build out a long enough drive through for those waiting. It goes into the UPS lot and then the others coming in from the other side entrance, and then it blocks the way out. Not the most accommodating one unfortunately. It’s true only one in Oswego basically so we all have to make due.

This drive through is one of the worst thought out drive-throughs I've ever seen. Love Starbucks but won't come to this one due to the chaotic mess happening outside. This place is always busy and could use a better set up.
