Just take the mobile order service away. Everytime I do a mobile order its always longer than 10 minutes. What is the point of ordering ahead? Then the lady in front told me it had only been 8 minutes. Its a mobile order why isn’t anyone working on it? I had to ask them to START working on it. I didn’t come inside to stand around and look stupid. I ordered ahead because I have somewhere to be. I never have this issue at other starbucks hill ave, ogden, orchard. This one is terrible and the workers are very rude.

Staff = Great. Coffee = Great. Parking Lot = BOO! Only problem with this joint is during the 3:00 coffee rust it’s impossible to get in and out of.

I went to this location and had accidentally did a mobile order to a different Starbucks. When I went up to the counter to look for my order, I quickly realized it wasn’t there and I probably made a mistake. The lady at the counter asked me what my order was and they made me another one, at no charge. They were so kind about it too and just took care of it.

Slowest service possible. Figured to go inside and order instead of the drive thru, it took even longer to get my order which was a simple iced coffee. Honestly ridiculous.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. I tried the new salted caramel mocha strata. I really enjoyed it. This Starbucks is in my home town of Oswego. One of my favorite ones to go to.

They have been better, and I like this location . I hope they continue to have great customer service and stay aware that we're all God's creations

Update 11/14/2024: This location has become more and more great every time I visit, and I am glad they've evolved over the years.

This is actually a great location. I just had unwelcome feelings before with certain employees, but it seems much better now.
Always has a good cup of coffee at this location, but only the problem is the traffic volume, but it's very understandable

Came for a refresher asked for a mango passion fruit with lemonade and instead of the dragonfruit to add extra strawberries which you pay more for and this is what I got how you gonna charge more and barely put any in literally asked for extra

We were going to drive through but the line was very long and weaved in and out of the parking lot and did not feel safe, so we ended up parking and going inside.
