Although the barista was polite and nice, the place had only hot brew cups which I accepted but when I requested light ice on all the drinks, it was filled up close to the top(where the decaf box is). There was hardly any of the liquids in the drinks just ice. I have been getting disappointed with the way this location is operating.

Approached the counter to place an order, 3 individuals behind the Starbucks counter were there chatting away and took a good minute for anyone to even acknowledge me (mind you I was right in front of the register looking at all 3) as they continued talking and not saying a word to me. FINALLY, once they were done with their conversation, I was able to place my order. The young girl with the blonde hair made my drink and it was just awful ☹️ …It tasted and looked like Sweetner and milk, no coffee flavor what so ever. I could have just poured myself a cup of milk at home and saved my $6 bucks…

Slowest one I've ever been to. Ordered 20+ mins ago online for pickup. Still had to wait 15 mins inside for only 2 drinks. Did you go to another country to get fresh beans??? By the time I got the 2 drinks 35 mins later.. I didn't even want

I travel all over the states and Starbucks is my go to for my Java fix. Been doing this for 15 years. This week I had the pleasure of getting the best cups of coffee from Starbucks in years. The first shift lady is absolutely amazing and consistent every time. This week of vacation has been made even better with her barista skills. This is the lady that should be training other stores. I'm going to be sad when my vacation is over and I'm forced to other Starbucks again???.

My dad was there the first day the pharmacy was doing Covid vaccinations. There was a misunderstanding on our end what eligibility documentation to bring and he was turned away. I called the next day, was able to get him on a wait list (since he had had an appointment). Pharmacist Kasia was very sincere. That evening she called my dad and luckily he was able to get a vaccine within the hour. I haven’t seen my dad since August 2020, it’s now February 2021, due to Covid and this news made me so hopeful and gave me such relief to seeing him sooner! One step closer! Thank you Kasia, an angel must have sent you to look after my dad, we appreciate your hard work keep up the good work!

Just want to give a compliment to the management of the Oswego Orchard Road store. I moved back to this area last year and have shopped at several competitors. I find the store on Orchard is exceptional, their organic selection is very good and I’m amazed at the selection. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Management is obviously doing a great job!
