Worst Subway in the area. Avoid at all costs. They are penny pinchers, stingy, and scam artists. If you order online, they will make sure you have 2 slices of meat and all vegetables - as if you ordered a veggie sandwich. They purposely don't answer the phone because they know they're in the wrong. I truly don't understand how this location is still open.

Just go to one of the other locations in Oswego, the one inside the Walmart is the best in my opinion.
As others have said, the owner (the old man who doesn’t have basic manners) never gives enough meat on the sandwiches. If you order online, your food will be terrible because they know you aren’t there to watch them make it. We ordered two foot longs, they came with 1/3 of the meat. We asked for light mayo and both sandwiches were absolutely drenched in mayo, as if to punish us for using a coupon.
Save yourself the headache and just go to a different location.

Ordered three footlong sandwiches all had little to no meat older gentleman who made the Sandwiches was very rude and unprofessional. As I left the store I picked up soft drink and chips he constantly reminded me to only get 1 bag as if I was stealing…… this is the worst subway I’ve been to.

Beware CHECK YOUR RECEIPT
Over charged us, cancelled or points from being entered. Only noticed after checking receipt and App that these actions were taken. Bread was old, other than that service was fine. Employee refunded over charge, but had to manually enter and request points in App, because of their mistake. Offered no apology for either mistake, once they were made aware.

They totally rip you off on ingredients! I placed a mobile order and when I got home, I was so upset. I ordered a steak and cheese foot-long and the sandwich was all bread hardly any steak or cheese. Don’t waste your money here.

This subway is really cheap and lazy . I used the app to pick up an order and eat at the shop and I got a deal through the app and so I chose to pay for extra meat on the sandwhich since I was saving money on the deal . When I came to pick it up there was definitely no extra meat and on top of all this , the tables are not routinely cleaned . 6/8 tables had food and or sauce on them . I had to table hop until I found one that was decently free of other people’s food . I get they get a lot of kids from the high school coming here but this isn’t a school cafeteria it’s a business where cleanliness matters .

Subway in general has become very disappointing. They barely give you any meat and doesn't seem to be as fresh as it used to be. However, this location is different. They actually took the time to explain which items were eligible on the coupons. The sandwiches were good, although a little sparse. It was definitely a good deal for the price, though. Definitely recommended thus location.

If you order by ap they will not let you watch them make your sandwich. In fact, the man will to "go sit down" and makes the "go away" hand gesture. He WILL NOT start making it until you go sit down, which is sus.
I order double meat because they have really cut down on the amount of meat they put on their subs. When I first started ordering double and if I stood there watching, I would get it. Then they decided to put up a lid so that you cannot see how much meat they put on. Now, when I order double meat and I NEVER get it anymore. I pay over $4 for it and they just pocket that money.
Several times I showed them pictures of my sandwich and they either tell me that IS double meat (3 very think slices deep) and to appease you, they will do you the favor of giving you a "couple of extra pieces." Twice I was told that they "forgot" and again offered just a "couple of extra pieces," which I'm sure I never got, but they won't let you see what they are doing behind the lid.
The man who co-owns can barely speak English or pretends not to understand if you have a problem, so do not waste your time talking to him. And he refuses to learn what "double meat" means. No, in reality, he deliberately rips you off and expects that you will just accept it, which I think a lot of people do. Which I was guilty of at first.
I stopped going to this one and went to Montgomery. It is owned by the same people and they do the same thing. The woman owner is just as shady. These owners are VERY dishonest people. I will go out of town for my Subway from now on.

I tried to place an order online for in store pickup for a promo price on foot-longs. Long story short after multiple attempts with different cards it would not let me complete the transaction. I screen-shot it and assumed Subway would price match. They would not. This particular store is a family owned franchise and they claimed they could not override the price. This is nothing more than poor customer service and a flat out lie. Our family of five go here regularly, but will not anymore. This restaurant is barely hanging on with zero traffic; now, I understand why. Please, just go to the subway at the Walmart down the street.

First time getting screwed over with an online order ?! I ordered a 12 INCH flatbread subway club. They put 6 inches of stuff, rolled it up instead of filling all 12 inches !!! I had to go all the way back and they refused to fix my order. All they did was change the direction of the filling, which was hardly anything! And I was talked to like I’m the idiot! Worst customer service ever!!!! Never going back! Hello Jersey Mike’s!

I ordered a 3$ footlong dipper and a small drink. The dipper was stale and they didn't allow me any refills on my drink besides water and told me I had to buy a new one at full price. They also had no place to put your bike. Overall, if you want to get subway I would recommend going somewhere else and avoid this location.
