I placed my order online for pick up, I made sure to include everything that I wanted I went in to pick up and nothing was on my sandwich 1-3 pieces of veggies in my sandwich when I entered a lot in . The woman showed me a receipt of how many ounces they put in sandwiches that means something to me? Right just 3 cucumbers in a footlong and 3 spinach in my sub no sauces it was poorly made. Could have been avoided if my sandwich was remade & they should have read the instructions carefully and no issues would have been made. They picked at my sandwich to make sure the things were added on or what was missing that is extremely gross even though they were wearing gloves but who does that? Could have just re made the sandwiches to make this experience right but it wasn’t! Unsatisfied with the sub & staff & over all experience!

Super rude. The Lady working on 08/30 closed 15 minutes early right when she saw my car pull up. While I understand the inconvenience of last minute customer turning the light off on me, once again, 15 MINUTES early is super rude. I do not expect a top tier experience, it is fast food after all, but shooing people away and saying “no” is below a already low expectation. Enough to have me write a review clearly.

they 100% skimp on toppings and will make you pay extra for literally veggies 😭 not even cheese for meat she charged me $1.08 for OLIVES. if you insist on having subway go out of your way to go to another location or you will be wasting your money on a subpar sandwich with a side of sass you didn’t ask for (she gave that for free tho)

First of all, I had a coupon and couldn’t use it because of their restrictions but it wasn’t the same restrictions on the coupon. I ordered a veggie sandwich and was denied more spinach when in the first place the worker was barely putting any on there. I wouldn’t have needed to ask for more if the worker wasn’t skipping out on the portions.
To make myself happy about this sandwich, I will be adding more to it when I get home.
Very dissatisfied with the service and this location. I have never been treated this way at this subway before. Never going to that one again. Bye bye subway on Douglas Rd.

Rude Employee. I stopped by this location, first the Employee threw garbage away and came back into the restaurant with the same gloves on, why not throw them away at the dumpster then proceeds to make food until I called her out. I asked for a foot long she gives me a 6 inch and goes off by saying I asked you twice and you did not say foot long yelling and screaming I told her to cancel my order and give me your managers name she goes to the back and calls manager and makes me wait until she finishes lying on the phone. I asked for manager and number not to wait she then start scribbling and acting like a child having a tantrum by hitting the counter and yelling. Sad I hope this place close. I called the heath department and I will call corporate this week. Terrible service flies in the veggies because they are not covered. I went on Montgomery road for better service!

Your employees are closing the store early and kicked us out. You are open til 10, so we placed an online order and got there at 850. Still an hour and 10 minutes til closing. They gave us our food and said they are closing now we were going to eat there. They said we have to go and it's 855. I said your sign on your door and on Google and my subway app all say 10. They said the times have changed and it's now 9. To be honest I think they are lying to me. And the giant turkey sub we ordered did not have double the turkey on it, it was the normal amount or less. I would of had them fix it but we were kicked out and they were closed now. Unacceptable!

Ordered a $13 whole sub as soon as I unwrapped it at home realized I wasn’t given any of the actual food that it advertised. It’s bread with remnants of meat. No cheese no veggies nothing. And we had ordered 4 of these so just got scammed out of $40!

This place is TERRIBLE! They SKIMP BIG TIME on the meat! We ordered the 2 for $12.99 deal online and asked for EXTRA CHEESE on one of the sandwiches and they LITERALLY put next to NO cheese on the sandwich. The meat (Steak) was very skimpy too!! They are literally cheap as heck with EVERYTHING! They also refuse to honor coupons either!

Kicked out of inside dining at 8:25 and told they close in 10 minutes. Employees were rude, on their phones, and clearly didn’t give one crap about anyone in the store. Garbage subway, and after reading the reviews I’m not the first with these issues. Avoid this subway, plenty of decent ones in the area that have courteous staff.

Ordered at 9:20 pm and online it says it closes at 10 pm. The second i ordered (on the app) it got voided right away. I don’t know if they need to update hours or something but if i’m working a 4pm-1am shift and i got a “lunch break” and i show up and they closing early the least they could do is update hours online so i know im not wasting my time.

Refused to honor my coupons and said we don't accept those here. Used another deal and then proceeded to uncharged me an extra 3 dollars bc at THIS store bacon costs extra than what's on the purchase price. This place is a shady scam, they are always rude, and there's always some "issue" with anyone trying to order anything, ever. Do yourself a favor and go to the one inside walmart where they accept all coupons and don't charge extra illegally for every little thing.
