Love this Taco Bell they never messed up our order until today and I’ve been going since August. I don’t eat meat but they put meat in my burrito even though it was a cheesy bean burrito good thing I didn’t bite into it :) they were so great at fixing this problem and everyone there is nice and seems to care about their job I’m not mad they messed up my ordering considering I come consistently and this is the first time!
3 orders together, 3 drive thrus. Unable to give all orders at window together. According to policy.
If you place more than 1 order, you have to make a circle at drive thru per order. They can not give you all orders together at once.
Used rewards, 3 rewards means 3 drive thrus since their system can't process more than 1 order per car. Changes everyday their system. Told me to walk in since could not be given thru their drive thru window.

It's not your father's aTaco Bell. Time was, they had decent and inexpensive food. Now it's decent and a bit pricey.
The kiosk ordering system seems efficient enough. But it removes much of the personal touch.
