Taco-Melon Mexican Restaurant

Visiting family from out of state and stopped here for supper. Was immediately greeted by staff who were welcoming and attentive. Ordered the chicken fajitas and throughly enjoyed them. Would highly recommend Taco Melon to everyone.

I live in Chicago and I stumbled upon this restaurant; the restaurant was really clean, the food was phenomenal & the service was second to none. Mexican is my favorite cuisine to eat and they knocked it out the park. I highly recommend!

I've only had delivery so I can't rate the service or atmosphere but the food is spot on. My favorite is the Dorados Desebrada. Crispy fried tacos with shredded beef. Delicious! I can't wait to try other items. My dinner was packed with both green and red taco sauce as well as lime wedges. I ordered a side of rice & beans that was put in the same container with a spoon included. I don't like that they charge a delivery fee but it's not much and I like the food so I'll pay it.

The food is always delicious and we love the staff! With the owners away they always ask me if the food was ok because I only eat half. We always bring the leftovers home and devour them!! I'm so glad Jose got a hold of me to let me know about their new location!!

My husband and I ordered fajitas and chimichangas and they were both very delicious a little bit too many peppers and onions with the fajitas but all in all everything was delicious including the rice and beans and the salsa that comes with the chips is the best salsa here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, so we would recommend this place.
