We went to Vixen Hill for their Oysterfest. Great oysters (great cocktail sauce!!), but even better wine! You can taste the quality!!! People were so friendly and inviting! Will be back soon!

On our first visit to Vixen Hill Winery we were warmly welcomed into this family owned winery. We learned about their history, and how the winery dream became a reality. Every staff member was extremely friendly and focused on ensuring a positive customer experience. The wine selection is extensive, with both dry and sweet wine options. We prefer dry red wine and were very impressed with the quality of their wines (and they were reasonably priced as well). We were encouraged to take a walk around the vineyard and we took them up on that offer. It is a gorgeous property and we really enjoyed learning more about the vines and process of growing the grapes. Once we sat down at our table we were approached by another winery patron and she invited us to their table if we felt like being part of a group. We jumped on that offer and met some wonderful new friends. That is what this winery provides- an environment where you are never "just another customer". Instead you are treated as a new friend. My husband and I highly recommend Vixen Hill Winery and even though we live over an hour away, we plan to visit regularly!
