Aurelio's Pizza of Palos Heights

I live in Palos Heights and order from here frequently. Around Christmas I ordered a $100 worth of pizza and received the wrong order on one of them. I called up and let them know. They offered to credit me a pizza on my next order. I called today to order a couple of pizzas (as I said we order a lot from here). The manager and the person who answered the phone said they don’t have any record of my credit they said would be on my account for the next time. Said there was nothing they could do. Well they messed up and now lost a customer for life over a pizza they owed me for their mess up. Ridiculous customer service. Won’t order from here again.

Order from them many times, this is a local gem in the Palos area. Their friendly and their pizza are delicious, the locals love this place. Im not even from around there and I love it. My favorite would be the stuff pizza, ill upload pictures with my next visit.

The cashier was very courteous and patient. The pizza was cooked in a timely fashion. The transaction was smooth and the expected wait time matched what the cashier said. Facility was as clean as they come and the pizza was warm and delicious!

Very Watery Bland Chicken Alfredo with under cooked Chicken Breast!
Under Cooked Wings, with Generic No Flavor Garlic Parmesaan Sauce! This was horrible, I ordered while staying at the Baymont Inn, in Alsip ILL Unedible! Wasted $47!

They don't have an old oven, but they cooked the pizza crispy and it tasted just as good as the original Homewood location. I think Aurelio's pizza is the best anywhere in Chicagoland.

If you’re craving an Aurelio’s fix, do not come to this location. The pizza was some Frankenstein hybrid of Beggar’s on thin crust and the signature red sauce wasn’t even there. It was an absolutely gooey mess. Read some other reviews and it checks out.

It was incredibly affordable and even more so delicious. Had to get cheese only due to Friday rules. Both my wife and myself both agreed it was a happy accident

Sucked tough and very dry crust sausage not cooked all the way what small pices were dry alsod no spices to it even extra sauce that pizza was a waste a lesson learned didn't help my last time

Leaving this review for the delivery service to Baymont by Wyndham Chicago/Alsip hotel on 8/15/24.

Friendly service from the moment I placed the order on the phone to the delivery itself. I received the food in the promised time and it was still hot.

We ordered the #23 Super Six The Works and the #27 Tomato, Spinach, Mushroom specialty pizzas. Both were delicious but we liked #27 best! The herbs and marinated veggies were out of this world and really elevated the flavor!
Prices were fair especially for the delivery service and portions we got. It fed us lunch, dinner, and breakfast between my husband and I!

So happy we ordered with you guys and had a good experience, especially since we were stuck at a hotel due to our truck being repaired at the mechanic. Keep up the great work!! :)
