Waited 20 minutes in the restaurant after calling an hour and half beforehand, the food I was told takes 30 minutes to cook. Clearly they forgot about my order. Baked clams taste like paprika bomb . The veal Parm was good.

We went there to look at their private party room. It is decorated so beautifully and the staff was great in answering our questions. We booked a party that day.

Food was great! Some of the best pasta I've ever had

Service was OK. Our server was awesome but the hostess was kind of rude. Possible she was having a bad day

Atmosphere is nice. Simple but elegant. Loud but not too loud. They have a bar if you like that sort of thing

Venerable old-school family-run place with Mom buzzing around to keep things right. Always busy; known for generous (9oz) wine pours. 5 of 6 in our group went for the eggplant parmigiana!

As a prior server, I notice how important it is to like your job. We were served by Gigi tonight (table of 4) and I was there 10 minutes before the reservation time, and other guests arrived 15 minutes later. Everything was fine at first, we ordered an appetizer and our food. We all chose soups with our pasta, after eating the appetizer it took 45 minutes to get the soup out, then another 45 minutes for the food to come out. One of us ordered a pop, and the ice in the water that the bus boys pour every person had melted, so as one would, that person asked for a refilled water with ice because it was warm. She asked “why what’s wrong with that one”, I mean come on, water is free and it’s okay if someone wants a fresh one. She never once asked if everything was ok, essentially took our order asked if we wanted dessert, tending to other tables. Mind you we were 1 of the 4 other tables in the restaurant at the beginning, there wasn’t hustle or bustle, so I was trying to give grace. After 2 and a half hours we got the check, gave $5 less in cash for a 20% tip because of her poor service. She was shaking her head and sighing loudly after putting the check back on the table. I understand this can be a hard job, I’ve done it, but be more tentative and less ignorant to guests. I can get behind younger serves in high school acting this way because of their age, but when you’re in your 40s rolling your eyes at guests maybe reflect on your behavior as to why your tip was $5 less than 20%. Food was great, service was extremely poor and unfortunately made this a terrible experience. This industry isn’t for everyone, Capri needs to be more vigilant with who their hiring.

This place feels like a true trip to Italy. The pasta selection is amazing, the menu is put together with so much care, and everything we tried was delicious. The vibe is warm and welcoming, the staff are super friendly, and it’s always busy — which says a lot about the quality and taste. Definitely a spot you’ll want to come back to.

Not very welcoming. They definitely have their preferred clients. Also I didn't like that staff starts picking up 20min before closing. We definitely felt rushed.

First time at this restaurant. Our friends brought us here for dinner. It was simply exceptional. We all had different dishes and all were outstanding. I had veal Marsala that was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered the Italian Pino Gris that was great and the huge glasses were about a third of a bottle.
This will be on our regular rotation of restaurants.

WWE were a group of 4. Two of us had the eggplant parmesan. The sauce was a little salty. They did serve French bread with it, better if it been warmed a little. I thought the oil and vinegar dressing was missing seasoning. All I could taste was oil and heavy on the vinegar . My SIL had shrimp scampi and thought it was too oily. The oil dropped off the spoon when started eating it. She was also surprised there was only one dressing. Prices were reasonable and no reservation required.

I always have my mom pick up the lemon pasta to-go from here and every single time it’s absolutely delicious. Real food, super fresh, and consistently amazing. One of those rare spots that never misses!

The food and service was amazing. No fault of the restaurant but when it gets busy, it gets super loud.
