The donuts are amazing!! I love stopping here before school and getting some fresh donuts for the teacher crew! The best! The maple frosting is my favorite!!

Place is cute and cupcakes look amazing… but the taste was not good. The frosting and filling is a HUGE part of the flavor and these were terrible. I thought they would be a real butter cream frosting but the frosting was hard and tasted like a cheap canned frosting. Or like the frosting that comes on store bought cupcakes sitting out on a shelf. Just overly sweet and not good at all. Orland bakery is way better.

This is the second time within the last two months that my spouse has brought home kolaches and the dough inside is basically raw. I picked one up and it immediately broke in two and I could see how undercooked they were. The fruit topping is plentiful and is inviting but the inside is a turnoff. Donuts are good though.

I want to start off by saying I had one of these donuts because someone brought it over to my house, and I was so impressed with how amazing it tasted. I finally made it out to their location today to get a few donuts and I was highly disappointed.
I entered into the bakery and no one welcomed us in. One of the two women asked what can I get you, but I asked for a moment because we were looking at what to get. There was no one else there except us and the woman kept pressuring us to decide. I ask for a donut and the woman at the cashier said “that’s it?!” with an attitude like she was upset I was only getting one donut. My sister ended up asking for 3 donuts and before she could finish asking for the 3, the woman cut her off and said, “first of all, is this order separate or together?”. After establishing our order was together, her attitude slightly changed. Then she proceeded to ask us which donuts we wanted after we already told her, and there were no donuts on the shelves to begin with. We didn’t know where to look except for assuming they had chocolate and blueberry donuts based on their Facebook calendar menu. We took our donuts and drove home 10 minutes away and got home to notice our donuts were hard as a rock and the icing was melted as of the donuts had been sitting out all morning and afternoon.
Honestly, even if it was an off day for them and their donuts weren’t the best, I would’ve been a returning customer, but because of their rude customer service, they now lost out on my business and my referrals/ my company event parties.

Here’s some advice Dough’s Guys: regardless of how a customer looks or what their ethnicity is, a good business owner knows to welcome and treat ALL their customers with respect to have them return.
