Went in today and the bacon in my sandwhich burned to a literal crisp and hashbrowns cold and also burned i was the only one in line get it together people

Med decaf hot coffee with equal is what I ordered but instead I got “hot sweet water”. Coffee was so watered down. To top it off the order came to $3.18, I gave the guy at drive up window $5.00 bill he gave me $1.80 change. While he was getting my “hot sweet water”together I looked at my change like where is my two cents. No, I’m not being petty about two cents. It’s the principle that he had the nerves to keep it. I asked him about my change and he looked crazy, starting looking in the tip cup for pennies to give me. He didn’t find any. Told him don’t assume it’s ok to keep my change even if it’s two cents. Normally, I leave my change so they can put in tip jar. Not this time! Won’t be returning!

They give u the wrong order and don’t answer the phone and then when u call back they pick up the phone and hang up on u
Pre-order app gone wrong. Easy order of 25 munchkins prepaid to pick up at drive thru window. Store didn't look open because exterior lights were off but 24 hour neon light was on. I was told they were out of munchkins and doughnuts. I accepted 2 large ice coffees with cream. I received 2 large dark roast coffees with cream.Blah! I will not return here again

THEY MADE ME WAIT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR 15 MINUTES AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN BUSY!!!!!!! I PLACED MY ORDER AT 1:08pm and DID NOT PAY UNTIL 1:16pm AND EVEN AFTER I PAYED HE MADE ME WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES! I WENT INSIDE FOR A REFUND BACK TO MY CARD AND HE ACTED LIKE HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT??? HE GAVE ME CASH AND SHORTED ME.. I DID NOT TAKE THE ORDER BECAUSE HE MADE THE ORDER WRONG. WORST DUNKIN IN CHICAGO LAND AREA NEVER COMING BACK! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DUNKIN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER CARE. I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN AND NEVER OPEN AGAIN.

They just implemented +$0.79 for Lite Ice, which means I'll never be going to this location again, because not all locations do this. If you do not order Lite Ice, they give you 3/4 cup of ice and 3 gulps of coffee. If you order Lite Ice, you're paying $5 for a cup, and they still might fill your cup up with mostly ice.
Not to mention, every single young employee that works here will never say 'Hi' back to you no matter how many times you greet them. They just look at you with this dead look in their face, truly bizarre!

ORDERED AN ICED TEA LIGHT ICE AND WAS CHARGED .79 CENTS EXTRA FOR LIGHT ICE. SO I SAID ADD SOME ICE...SHE DUMPED OUT MY TEA IN FRONT OF ME AND FILLED IT TO THE TOP WITH ICE AND ADDED A SPLASH OF TEA FOR COLOR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. COULD NOT EVEN GET A SORRY BUT THAT IS THE POLICY SO NEXT TIME YOU WILL KNOW. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Every time I go here, they always get my order wrong. They always get it right on the drive-through speaker, but then when I receive it they get it wrong and they say you should’ve ordered that and I said I did the people that work here I feel like are very stupid. They need to do better with the management or something. Effective communication is a big thing this Location needs to work on.

I went to Dunkin after a visit with a patient at the nursing home across the street upon entering I noticed the sign said blueberry muffins $2.29. I ordered one. The cashier told me $2.69. I asked why was text so expensive he explain that the muffin was actually $2.39. I explained your sign says $2.29. The muffin should be sold at $2.29. He explained he could not do that. I asked for a manager the manager came and said either I would pay the $2.39 or I would not get the muffin I chose to leave without the muffin the day before I had spent $103.45 at another Dunkin’ Donuts where the service was great it was not the $.10 difference. It was the attitude of the staff, I called corporation and was expecting a call back. I never received it. Duncan does not care about us.
Really bad customer service, some of those employees should be fired for foul language and disrespect to customers for no reason.
