This the worst Dunkin ive ever been too. Andi ve been here multiple times. The wait time at the drive thru is always 10+minutes no matter if you are the only one person there. Second they always mess up the order. I ordered bacon egg chz croissants, ive got it without the egg! Some other time ive got cappuccino without the coffee in in, it was just steamed milk. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped in at 12:30, The store was dirty for 4 people working, did not receive a greeting, employees looked like they hated being there. The man did not upsell anything or tell me about their specials. They didn’t have barely any donuts to buy. Will not return to this location should’ve took pictures. Do better!

I recently visited your location and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 50 Munchkins but received fewer than that. In addition, the bagel I ordered was not fresh—it was very hard and had barely any cheese. My son also ordered an iced latte, but it was missing both the lily and caramel flavoring, which made it taste incomplete.

Going to the drive throughI had no choice but to rub every one of the sidewalls of every one of my tires, the parking lots laid out totally wrong.And the drive through. Then, when you get to the window, you have to ask the guy to repeat everything.Three times and he didn't understand me either. And I had to ask three times for a pack of salt, and I was offered a straw, and then I was told they didn't have any simply.How do people stay in business

I placed GrubHub order for Dunkin. Coffee was great as was my sandwich. My only complaint is that there were no napkins. Doesn't seem like a big deal normally. But I'm at Harmony Nursing Home right across the street. I'm not at home. So it was a big deal. Napkins please, next time

If you ask, and pay, for non dairy milk (almond or oat) you should be given your request. Allergies and intolerances are a serious matter and should not be messed around with. I ordered a latte with oat milk and ended up being given regular dairy. Pretty scary, thankfully I was able to catch it upon the first sip and went back to have the drink remade.
The female clerk spoke very poor English and was rude and unreasonable.

I went there recently and the person working was the worst worker I’ve ever experienced, he messed up 2 out of 3 of the drinks I ordered and when I went back to ask for it remade, he just added some more powder and gave it back to us. Never come here!!!!!!

Made my drink trash never want to go their again. WASTE OF MY MONEY. WORST DUNKIN TO EXIST. We asked the worker to remake the drink but he refused and just added random stuff and made it taste worse. Going their is a big mistake. They kept messing up my order and kept ignoring me on the drive thru even though we were the only people there. They also took 20 minutes when we got 3 drinks. We got bagel with cream cheese and they gave me cream cheese on the side. Never has any dunking done that to me. If you go here you are walking into your own grave. It is a waste of money and they talk to you extremely rude. They make it same like you are dumb and have no idea what you are talking about. I asked for no ice so they made me half of a cup. Not once have I went to this location and have been satisfied. It's either bad service, bad taste, or both.
