If you ask, and pay, for non dairy milk (almond or oat) you should be given your request. Allergies and intolerances are a serious matter and should not be messed around with. I ordered a latte with oat milk and ended up being given regular dairy. Pretty scary, thankfully I was able to catch it upon the first sip and went back to have the drink remade.

So cheap and and never get the order right. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel had one small dollop of cream cheese instead of the whole spread. The coffee is always half full in the cup.

I went there recently and the person working was the worst worker I’ve ever experienced, he messed up 2 out of 3 of the drinks I ordered and when I went back to ask for it remade, he just added some more powder and gave it back to us. Never come here!!!!!!

Made my drink trash never want to go their again. WASTE OF MY MONEY. WORST DUNKIN TO EXIST. We asked the worker to remake the drink but he refused and just added random stuff and made it taste worse. Going their is a big mistake. They kept messing up my order and kept ignoring me on the drive thru even though we were the only people there. They also took 20 minutes when we got 3 drinks. We got bagel with cream cheese and they gave me cream cheese on the side. Never has any dunking done that to me. If you go here you are walking into your own grave. It is a waste of money and they talk to you extremely rude. They make it same like you are dumb and have no idea what you are talking about. I asked for no ice so they made me half of a cup. Not once have I went to this location and have been satisfied. It's either bad service, bad taste, or both.

If there are three cars in the Drive-Thru, you might as well turn around and go somewhere else. Because you'll be waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to place your order. it is Much slower than other Dunkins in the area (and they know this). The owner should be more hands on in getting this place turned around.

I went to this location before when it first opened and it was disastrous. They didn’t know how to box donuts! Chocolate from the donuts was all over the boxes and donuts just thrown in. So I haven’t been back there since! I would drive out of my way on my way to work to go to another location instead. Today I decided to try this place again and see if they cleaned up their stuff, but I could not get service. It was 6:15 in the morning and no customers but myself was inside just 2 employees. Neither guy said a word to me or acknowledges me even though they both saw me standing at the counter. I walked out and spent my $50 at the other location I’ve been going to. Maybe they don’t like people who look like me.
I come here on occasion. Typically it's just fine. I paid for cold foam on my drink and all I got was whipped cream.

Drive thru is confusing. It’s set up like a McDonalds, with two lanes for the drive thru; but there’s only one monitor to order. If you go through the far right one, good luck not crashing to get to the monitor to order.
Friendly service though which is hard to find these days.
