Your experience, I have found, definitely depends on who is working, but went here last weekend and the girl with freckles and the girl with the hijab were absolutely lovely!! They were so polite and sweet, definitely the employees that will keep people coming back. Very efficient and conversational, drinks were done in under a minute and were great. My five year old adored the two girls, a little crush haha. Hopefully that's the standard from now on, here, would love to...

AMAZING STAFF!! I was there today and I accidentally threw out my invisalign, the lady came out with gloves and helped me dig through the garbage can for it. no attitude or anything was just completely willing to help and didn't even hesitate!! love this dunkin and the staff

What can I say, if you are a dunkin fan this one is spot on. It may be a bit hard to get to going southbound on Harlem, but northbound is a breeze. I always get a decaf iced and sometimes it may taste off or a bit old - not here, never had a bad one. Stop by and enjoy!
