At my first trip to Genetti Bistro, I tried Shakshouka, a Maghrebi dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onion & garlic, spiced with cumin, paprika & cayenne pepper. Shakshouka is a popular dish in the Middle East and North Africa.
