Had an order for pickup and the bread used to make our sandwiches was either burned or stale. Either way, don't expect a JJ sandwich bread to crunch when you bite it. Big let down because the bread is usually a highlight.

Ordered online and they forgot my drink and cheese. Was going to let it go until I took a bite of my sandwich and the meat tasted rotten like it was sitting out all day. I called 5 times with no answer. Had to drive all the way out to get a refund and the cashier wants to give me a story about another customer that has nothing to do with me. They say they didn't hear the phone ring when I called as I walked in and heard it ring. Do better.

Walked in today get that pickle wich rite away the girl laughed at me and said we did not have that for months ordered 2 sandwiches came out to like $30 the girl laughed again we don't have change for a $100 this is at 11 am the rude guy behind the counter said we don't even have any change never even looked so sorry who ever owns this location lost money rude ass employees
Walked in with our team to get food, the front guy was immediately super rude to us and told us they only had 6 pieces of bread and that they can’t serve us in the most unfriendly way possible, what happens when a family of 7 walks in??? I understand there was a lot of us but there was no reason to be that rude bye✋? this guy chose violence, Jimmy John’s you should choose ANOTHER guy to greet your customers…
