A girl named "Gia" is consistently rude to customers, I've watched them put down and be rude to their employees. And not to mention, the fact she brings her DOGS to work, and run around. There are dogs in the back where people are making food. Next call is the health department. Grow up and get rid of these people.

Ordered a beach club last week and it was great. Ordered a beach club a week later and it was a completely different sandwich. Not what I ordered.

Black Voluptuary

The one who looks like Shaggy that makes the sandwiches doesn’t wear gloves when he Is preparing the food. It’s gross. The lightbulb headed one is racist and micro-aggressive. He treats Black guests different than others and you shouldn’t be able to tell that while you’re trying to order some food, even if that is who really is at home. I’m a Black guest that experienced all of this first hand. When I walked into the restaurant I immediately noticed the lack of sanitary food safety and I only had time to assess this because I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. That gave me a second to look around and check things out. The conversation started with lightbulb rudely asking me “What do you want? You need something here?” I was not spoken to after I gave my order and he threw the food in my hand without looking at me and said nothing. Terrible display of humanity and terrible restaurant standards.

This was my first visit. I wasn't really impressed. Their food wasn't anything out of this world. It was prepared properly & tasted like I would expect an Italian sub sandwich to taste. The cashier was nice. I would prefer if they offered a variety of breads to choose from. They don't offer a military or other discount either. It's definitely overpriced. You're paying for the convenience of not having to shop or cook, I guess.Parking: At most 4 spots, I think, and I was lucky enough to get one.Wheelchair accessibility: N/A

So, I ordered the Tuscan wrap on Wednesday. With xtra mayo, no o/v, garlic/herb wrap, EZ provo, EZ crispy jalapeños. Wednesdays wrap was PERFECT!!! It was so good. I ordered it again on Thursday! I mean, the repeat order was nice to just one tap and move on. ONLY...... Thursdays wrap, not the same.... it had, or at least I THINK IT HAD some mayo on it....I like my mayo on things, and this wrap today was very disappointing.Also, on Wednesdays order, I asked for napkins, didn't get them, Thursdays... I got napkins... I also ord the homestyle potato salad(pretty decent) Wednesday... I got a fork, Thursday... no fork.... ALL SHOULD BE ON THE SAME PAGE!!!!Delivery was very good!!! Very prompt, polite drivers...

Started going to this location because it was conveniently located on my way home from work and it was on the upside app. I've been there about 4-5 time in 2 months. The first couple of times I needed help with my order, Olivia helped me out. The "young adults" seemed to work well together and thanked me when handing me my order at the end. Vito sandwich is highly recommended

The delivery took over an hour. As someone who has a limited lunch time, this is unacceptable service. I was not able to eat in a timely manner. For advertising freak fast delivery, it was incredibly slow.
