ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal on our way home from a long day at Palos Hospital. No pickles on EITHER cheeseburger, dry and obviously slapped and smashed together. Sorry I wasted my money. Should have just gone home and eaten a bologna sandwich!
I just waited over 50 minutes for a mobile order and they shorted us half of our food. after waiting literally 50 minutes for "fast food" we had to go to the window to get half of our items. if they're so busy that they can't keep up with any orders then they should close down at least one of the drive thru lanes and take care of mobile orders. also make sure your bags are filled properly. in no world does $30+ worth of McDonald's food fit in one small bag.
The rude manager who took my order gave me an attitude!! She understand what no pickle and no onions mean but yet again they put that on there! I will be going up there tomorrow and tell them! I took my picture of how everything is!Then I ask to speak to the manager and she pulled me up and left me there for 5 minutes! I left!! Didn’t receive a large fry!
