They always have cold fries. I've even tried them going out of the Drive-Thru they're already lukewarm and soggy. Something wrong at this McDonald's. I at least would not order the fries. Also it's a very compact parking lot.

Brittany (who I was told had just started) was absolutely amazing. Even though we ordered on the kiosk, she saw us standing and made sure that we weren’t waiting on anything from them. I truly appreciated her attentiveness, kindness, and sense of urgency. Lately customer service has not been up to par so she was beyond exceptional. We were visiting from North Carolina. And this is by far not only the best McDonald’s service but the best service that I’ve experienced in a very long time so not only should you keep Brittney but you might want to make her grow within the company because talent like this doesn’t come so easily these days. Again thank you and we also told her manager in person and he was the one who told us she had just started.

Consistent bad reviews on the McDonald’s and this is why most of us in the Palos Heights area doesn’t go here. Prime example of this being the product we receive when we also are charged an arm and a leg for it. $15 for (4) “sundaes”. Two have no hot fudge and I’m still being charged $4 for them? Unbelievable. Will never be back here.

Placed order for1 big mac in the app at 1:38pm. 15 minutes later I'm asking where's my order but all the employees could say is that they don't see the order. I showed them the receipt on my app multiple times. Finally at 2:00pm I received my order. Went to my car and with my first bite I couldn't believe how cold it was. Based on my experience I recommend you avoid this place
