Placed order for1 big mac in the app at 1:38pm. 15 minutes later I'm asking where's my order but all the employees could say is that they don't see the order. I showed them the receipt on my app multiple times. Finally at 2:00pm I received my order. Went to my car and with my first bite I couldn't believe how cold it was. Based on my experience I recommend you avoid this place

It is very upsetting. I drink ice tea unsweet due to diabetes. The McDonalds at 127th and Harlem charges u for refills on ice tea BUT you can get free refills on soda. They say it is not a soft drink. It is cheaper to make thab soda but. Diabetics that don't drink soda have to pay. Makes no since and the managemnt doe not care they say it is a managemnt local store decision.

Food is always wrong every time no matter how concise you are ordering it orange juice was litterally water and given knowing that it was like that as soon as i walked back inside with it they didnt even let me talk they offered a new one because they knew they tried to give me the last out of the machine and then waited 15 minutes for a new one once they refilled the machine while they snickered in the corner

The manager here at nite has a horrible attitude !!! I order mcflurries with extra Oreo and she makes them normal every time. Charges me for extra toppings and I don’t get the extra topping every time she’s working I get ripped off!!! I am officially done with this McDonald’s looks like the Crestwood location is now my go to spot! Sick of not getting what I paid for here!!! Go somewhere else if your not ordering anything exactly how it is on the menu cause you most definitely will not get what you want!
