Food is always wrong every time no matter how concise you are ordering it orange juice was litterally water and given knowing that it was like that as soon as i walked back inside with it they didnt even let me talk they offered a new one because they knew they tried to give me the last out of the machine and then waited 15 minutes for a new one once they refilled the machine while they snickered in the corner

The manager here at nite has a horrible attitude !!! I order mcflurries with extra Oreo and she makes them normal every time. Charges me for extra toppings and I don’t get the extra topping every time she’s working I get ripped off!!! I am officially done with this McDonald’s looks like the Crestwood location is now my go to spot! Sick of not getting what I paid for here!!! Go somewhere else if your not ordering anything exactly how it is on the menu cause you most definitely will not get what you want!

Idk why I keep coming back. Three times in a row now and all my burgers tasted microwaved with a soggy chewy bun. I ordered a large fry that was only halfway and wasn't cooked all the way because some still tasted frozen and were cold.

Nothing against this location, McDonalds in general has taken a nose dive with value and quality of food over the past few years. Good in a pinch, but I wouldn't choose it as an option for my first ten options of fast food.

Just awful customer service here. I placed the order on the app, then the app seemed to crash (DownDetector seemed to say there was a nationwide problem). When I arrived at McDonald's to pick up this mobile order, I was unable to open the app to say I had arrived. It was just a loading screen. So I had to bring my kids inside and try to speak to someone about the order. My card was charged. I had a confirmation email. But the "manager" said the restaurant hadn't received the order. I showed him the email with my check-in code, and he said since the restaurant hadn't received the order, there was "nothing he could do" and that I "had to contact the app." I said, "You mean the app that's broken and won't let me access anything or press any buttons?" He said yes. I said how was I supposed to do that? He said go on the website. I said my kids and I are here, right now, paid for food, and you're saying you can't do anything? He said yes. I said can't you just give me the food I ordered? He said no. I said then you've lost a customer for good. And he said "OK." Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? Whatever happened to making the customer happy? I guess McDonald's "customer service" is just "blame the app" and "you're out of luck." Keep my 12 bucks. I'm going to Wendy's.

The food is what you'd expect from Mcdonald's, but the service is abyssmal and the prices higher than at other locations.. If you want McDonald's keep driving and find another one. The McDonald's at SW Highway and 111th seems pretty good.
