I have gestational diabetes and this is one of the only smoothies that doesn’t spike my blood sugar! It’s consistently good and everyone there is always friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

It's a great place to grab a quick smoothie bowl or snack. They have good flavors. It's different than some other places.

Nice variety of smoothies and nutrition items. It feels like a cup is a meal.

Didn’t know these were Herbalife shakes when I spent $10 on one.

I ordered a cheesecake bowl and I still haven't eaten a bite and it tasted bad and had nothing to do with the cheesecake and I asked her to change it for me and she refused. I'm always there but it's not the first time and I always come out happy but today no. I work in a restaurant and in one day I change the order of five people and not only change but I give them the first one and make another order for them. The important thing is to satisfy them.🤦🏻‍♀️

Not worth the price. We got a smoothie that cost $9 for their medium size and it didn’t really even taste like the flavor we bought. Don’t get me wrong, you could kind of taste something like the flavor we ordered but there was barely anything to taste. The last 3/4 of the drink was icy and flavorless. Would not recommend coming here

I frequent this place often since I work nearby. At first the product was unmatched. The smoothie bowls and crunch cup are always spot on…so I thought. I think a new young lady is making the bowls and they’re TERRIBLE. Smoothies have a consist of water. The crunch cups that I have purchased recently are all watery. Can’t even see the granola because the dragon fruit is soaking it up…and that’s at the time of purchase not after sitting. I’m assuming this young lady has had no training. The owner is aware. Stated that she has received several complaints. Nothing has changed. I’ve literally pulled off when I see that this is the person making the orders. What a disappointment from a product that was once unmatched. I won’t be purchasing anymore.

I'm always a promoter local shops but I have to nip this one in the bud. I was extremely happy with my first brownie smoothie. So chocolatey, so smooth it tasted like a Wendy's frosty..I loved it. I came back 3 days later. Same person, (owner, manager?) who made the first brownie smoothie did the second one. I don't know if she thought I was stupid, but the second didn't look at all creamy and after I left and consumed the shake, I found it tasted like a weak version of the first brownie smoothie. I'm disappointed that they gave me a first great shake to "catch me" then switch it to something that definitely didn't have all the chocolate as the 1st one.

First time visiting PH Nutrition , the cashier was really friendly and took our orders fast. Really enjoyed the açaí bowl I ordered and will be returning to try other items on the menu that look equally delicious!
