I have gestational diabetes and this is one of the only smoothies that doesn’t spike my blood sugar! It’s consistently good and everyone there is always friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
I'm always a promoter local shops but I have to nip this one in the bud. I was extremely happy with my first brownie smoothie. So chocolatey, so smooth it tasted like a Wendy's frosty..I loved it. I came back 3 days later. Same person, (owner, manager?) who made the first brownie smoothie did the second one. I don't know if she thought I was stupid, but the second didn't look at all creamy and after I left and consumed the shake, I found it tasted like a weak...
First time visiting PH Nutrition , the cashier was really friendly and took our orders fast. Really enjoyed the açaí bowl I ordered and will be returning to try other items on the menu that look equally delicious!
