The food was great, but the service was amazing. My wife ordered the APPLE CRANBERRY WALNUT SALAD, and she loved it. Also the JALAPEÑO BURGUER it's delicious. We really had a great time, so definitely will be back soon.

I went here with a couple of friends because of the car show that was going on yesterday and the bouncer on the rooftop section was very professional and polite. If I could rate the bouncer he would get 5 stars, but the service was terrible. I was being patient because I knew it was a lot of people in the entire section but I sat at a table while my friends went to the bar to get a drink for 5-10 minutes and no one acknowledge me and even after my friends sat down at the table no one came up to us for the 20mins we were sitting at the table and said anything I was very disappointed and I won’t be coming back.

I decided to have a somewhat last minute 40th birthday party for my daughter. I was planning 30-40 guests, on 7/3. A big night for bars. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience this was. Frankie, the owner, was absolutely amazing. He suggested the Taco Bar (instead of apps). So delicious. Everyone was raving about how good everything was. Frankie checked with me so many times to see what we needed. Ryan our dedicated server was outstanding. As were all of the bartenders and servers. I have planned many parties in my life. This by far was one of the easiest and most delicious.

On the outside, the place didn't look like much. Once you go inside, it has a ton of space. Downstairs is a center bar with tons of side tables. The rooftop was hidden to find, in my opinion. I had to ask a worker how to get upstairs. (Far back, right corner has a room that leads to hallway stairs) The patio was nice, open, spacious. I enjoyed the staff and atmosphere. I just didn't care for the food. I tried to order soup, but they were out. Asked about their mixed veggies, it sounded unappealing. I ordered a Texas burger with tater tots. Everything just tasted bland and boring to me. $15 is overpriced for the quality/taste. I'd visit again just to see the bar scene at night. It did look like they had fun drink options.
Im not sure why that can't figure out how to keep track of tables and orders. So much staff but often forget customers and tables.

I've been going to Tuesday Bar bingo for about 2 years. I don't win often but enjoy a good group get together. Recently I won three games in one day. On Memorial Day, my husband and I stopped for lunch wanting to use the certificates. On the certificate, it states for use "only" on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. No mention of holiday exclusion. Before ordering, we asked about using all of our certificates and found that it was one per table. Ok. We ordered. The manager said we couldn't use it on a holiday. We debated that and she allowed us to use one. I gave my other two to two couples at other tables. Come to find out from the manager that her decision to allow "us consideration for use of the certificate on a holiday" only applied to us. I had to go back and take back those I gifted. How embarrassing. To me, Rooftop Tap makes it very hard to use their prize certificates. I've spent on average $30 + tip every time I go to bingo and this is how they treat customers. I suggest that you "clearly state" on the certificate your terms. They lost my business and possibly that of a few friends that normally meet for that Tuesday bingo.

I had an experience there on in Memorial day where the manager was very rude to us and chased after us saying we didn’t leave a tip which we did cash in on a credit card.
Call the owner and he doesn’t care at all. Wouldn’t even let me tell him what happened or my experience.

First time here and it won’t be the last. Kadence was a great server and made this place more welcoming. I came here with my mom and step dad for Mother’s Day and treated them. She got boneless Asian wings with fries, I got Cesar wrap with salad , step dad got friend and steak sandwich. All was good and you must try the spinach dip it’s delicious as well. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you
