Absolutely ignorant kid at the window. I had to ask for a sleeve for my hot Americano so it didn’t burn my hand off. I asked for a manager, and he said why? no. Decided to just pull away. I’ll also Contact corporate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

The worst service I've ever had, I travel a lot so I have had my fair share of starbucks stops & the lady was SO rude I even laughed it off at first bcus I was shoked at how rude she was I still told her to have a good day & didn't complain because I get it we all have out days but this is the SECOND time I've comee to this one & SAME rude girl. I asked a simple question & she got an attitude, she could have answered politely. I've got pretty thick skin which is why I brushed it off the first time but wow, I was terribly surprised that's who they hire.

Each time I order here I regret it! How do people work here and are so rude?! Theres a young man who never wears an apron EVER he is sooo rude and acts like he can never be polite. Always has such a bad customer service voice, I went this morning and I asked for my mobile order over the speaker and continues to say “what” in the rudest way possible. SO RUDE!!! AND NEVER IN DRESS CODE. I NEVER HATED A STARBUCKS SO MUCH!! Also they never ever have drinks right or orders right. Please manager get it together!

Someone needs to tell the barista that you don't make a refresher with warm water! $6 for what's supposed to be a refresher and it was warm enough to melt any ice that was in there!!! Waste of money!!

This Starbucks is the worst. Went through the drive thru line to grab a cup of ice water and was told that it was an “amenity for paying customers”. Being stingy about WATER is insane. If the water isn’t free, that’s fine, but don’t act like your water is so sought after that it’s only for those buying your nasty coffee.

The drive-thru employee who worked the morning of 01/31/2025 is by far THE worst (not the blonde one with glasses, but the brown haired girl with a nose piercing and no name tag ever). It's crazy how she has not had her attitude checked by management. This location must always get calls because I tried calling to let them know what happened, and their line is always busy. The dial tone does not even ring. Very very disappointed. Great way to start your Friday!
