Be careful when you order something , the lady in front of me got charged for extra cream cheese on bagel she did not get and extra fir flavor pumps in coffee , now I understand the extra charges for these things but I think it should be communicated to the customer when it’s being rung up . I ordered the Monday ice coffee special $ for $2 asked how I wanted it asked if they had flavors she listed them I chose one than she tells me my total is $3 something I ask her if she rang up coffee for $2 she says yes at which point she could have also mentioned I was paying .80 cents for one pump of butterscotch she says nothing I pay she hands me receipt I look at it and I was charged . I inform the the owner of this which he proceeds to explain the charges and I say Again I don’t mind it just would have been nice to be informed of when ordering the extra charges . But also the coffee was a big let down glad I didn’t pay full price . I will stick to dunkin down the road !!!

Why have one employee on a Sunday. That’s why I just stick to my original biggby location never coming here again there was a lady alone. Taking forever coffee was terrible

Went in because I used to drive all the way to Indiana to get biggby and was relieved to find one in Illinois this time. Completely different from stores in other states. Some of the workers don't seem to even know how to make their own drinks properly and if they don't understand you they give you an attitude as if you are being unreasonable. Also ordered a bagel which was just thrown together with the ingredients just sliding off all over the place. Truthfully I recommend going to any other biggby than this one. The older and younger blonde ladies will butcher your lattes and then give attitude if you say anything about it.

Usually our favorite coffee shop. We love that you can actually taste the coffee at this place, it's not so over flavored that you lose it. Today (10/29) that is not what happened. At about 12:15, my partner and I went in, and a girl we've never seen before was working. She not only gave me a size much larger than what I ordered, but aha also had the syrup/flavoring ratio WAY off! My partner's cold brew has so much in it, it straight up looks like hot chocolate, and mine tastes like a candle. It's not palatable in the slightest.

My family and I come here every day, and they always greet us with a smile and make us feel so welcome. The drinks are always amazing, like a 10/10! Our favorite is the sweet foam cold brews. They just released their fall flavors, and I wasn't a huge fan of the pumpkin spice cold brew, but I'll try it again with less sweetener. They don't have a drive-thru, so you have to park and go inside to order. Weekends are busy, but it's always worth the wait. They also have an app where you can order ahead. It's definitely my go-to coffee spot.

I get the same iced coffee every time and they always ringing me up different prices sometime a whole dollar more sometimes a few cents less or more. Coffee is a lot weaker to me than Starbucks just as a reference but that makes the iced a perfect summer drink though. I get a 24 ounce and it's gone in 3 miles cause of it's easy/mild approach. Staff has always been super nice although I seem to be talking a different language to them. This location seems to be the best thus far to me.
I will travel from far just to come to this location l. Make sure MATT is working with the blue eyes his customer service is Top Teir. He isn’t just polite he is also really informative. Who do you know they goes this over and behind for your coffee 😌😂❤️

I’m personally not a strong coffee person, the iced lattes were way too strong for me and the flavour was barely there Teddy Bear 4/10 (strong but had some flavour) Caramel Marvel 3/10 (barely any caramel) Spotted Owl 5/10 (good but was missing something) Mango blood orange freeze 8/10 (so good)

This experience was truly unsettling. The worker treated me with unwarranted cruelty, displaying contempt and disdain through her passive-aggressive and disrespectful body language. I felt as though she was deliberately trying to antagonize and provoke me to anger. To make matters worse, she casually touched her nose and mouth before preparing my coffee, which only added to my discomfort. This behavior is damaging to Biggby’s reputation, and I believe she needs to be fired from her job.

Came through the drive thru early one morning, the atmosphere and customer service are phenomenal and the food/drink here are such good quality. Will def be back again. 100% recommend the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bragel if you can!
