Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I went through the drive through yesterday to place a order and the lady that I was speaking to made me repeat myself multiple times and at the end she told me move up front to the window with a attitude. I come to the window and she’s telling me she still didn’t get my order still giving me an attitude so I repeat to her once again what I wanted and she finally got it. Then later I get home and turns out she didn’t get it because my order was wrong so I pulled up to the store and just order inside. The disrespect and attitude I got from her is so unprofessional and very rude. Use to come to this location a lot ig not anymore.

We stopped to try out this location and it is by far the best one yet. The presentation and food quality was Excellent. Cooked perfect and presentation was excellent. Highly recommend

This was my first time visiting Charley’s. The appearance of the place was very appealing — it looked so good from the outside that I couldn’t resist stepping in. The staff were efficient and fast, and overall the service was pretty good. The food tasted okay — not bad, but it could have been better. I did like that the bread was very fresh, though the lettuce seemed a bit old. Still, it was a decent experience.

The employees are friendly and quick . Love going there for a late night snack.

The customer service was absolutely impeccable. The food was amazing. I highly recommend coming here. This is probably the best one I’ve been to so far.

Just stopped here since it was close yo my job…not the worst around but not the best either…my sandwich was poorly put together my lettuce was not fresh at all it was soggy

I’m not sure how these people are still in business, I’ve gotten food from here multiple times and this is the 2nd time I have the stomach flu from their food.

The food is good, Service -not as smart as he think he was. I ordered a large real lemonade, by mistake he gave me a small one. When I told him about it he said he is sorry and went to the side of the counter where you can't see anything. He gave me a large one, but it wasn't a large lemonade, what he did is he put a small one in a big container and added ice. How I knew - the real lemonade container is only on the counter in front of the customer and he never refill it. It would be better for your business not to do things like that especially in front of a smart customer!!!! Now I know small =large over there.
