I ordered via their app for delivery. Wanted to try the stuffed crust pizza turned out to be much cheaper using a coupon that included garlic bites & sauces. Everything was shockingly good. I've never been a fan of Pizza Hut or Dominos but I am now of the latter! Mmm stuffed crust really done right!

After ordering online and after an hour and 40 minutes I call to ask what's happening with my damn order and some miserable person who should be working as a toilet cleaner shows me attitude over the phone. He told me if you don't want it don't order from here. miserable person I've been waiting for the damn food for almost two hours.

Seemed like a crazy busy night Manager was very cheery very professional even though they were clearly busy everything was moving smoothly super nice and friendly. Great to see a team coming together and still getting it done despite having alot going on

Forgot some of my order and never answered the phone!
I placed an order through the app, it said 17 min wait time. When I arrived they couldn’t find my name, and finally a woman stepped up and looked in the system, she then said that it is in the oven. When I tried asking why it wasn’t ready and that the time I was was given was incorrect. The so called “MANAGER” cut me off and basically to me to shut up as she turned her back on me and started to walk away! So unprofessional, I asked for her name and she said “ I’m not giving you my name” I asked for the manager and she says “I’m the manager” I asked for the GM or higher up she responded with “ IM THE GM IT DOEST GET HIGHER THAN ME”she was so rude, disrespectful, and disgusting for touching the cheese with her hands and making food that families would eat after she touched the register and everything around it, she immediately started making pizzas with her bare unwashed hands! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life! If she is the manager then I really feel bad for the owner, not knowing what a horrible employee he has given the title MANAGER! The nerve of her getting loud in front of the customers that were also waiting because the so called manager can’t manage anything right! Not to mention the Walmart customers and employees that heard her loud mouth! I’m all about good customer service, at the end of the day we are all human no matter what we do for a living, but at least have the decency to communicate politely with your customers so we don’t get so disturbed by your actions and be forced to give you a bad review on google! I didn’t get her name even though I asked, I named her the DOMINOS TATOO MANAGER OF BRIDGEVIEW IL, INSIDE WALMART!

The customer service at this location is a total joke. I had an incident where I was supposed to get credits at the store level as long as I picked up my next order. I've tried twice now and the tall blonde guy always had the same excuse " I don't know where my manager is right now." Conveniently both times I've come in. Also make sure when you order delivery, the drivers have change if you're paying with cash. That was my original issue. That happened 3 times.

Ordered a pizza at 10 it’s 11:51 and they just canceled my order didn’t say why I try calling them it says they are closed check online they close at 1… this is just bad service
