The customer service at this location is a total joke. I had an incident where I was supposed to get credits at the store level as long as I picked up my next order. I've tried twice now and the tall blonde guy always had the same excuse " I don't know where my manager is right now." Conveniently both times I've come in. Also make sure when you order delivery, the drivers have change if you're paying with cash. That was my original issue. That happened 3 times.

I will never order from Dominoes again! EVER! Bridgeview, IL is the worst.
I placed an order tonight at 7:34. It said 18-20 minutes. Every time I looked at the app the time kept climbing and climbing. It said Omar left the store at 7:52. Well by 8:30 it said delivery time was 8:54! A whole HOUR!! So I called the store at 8:30 and of course no answer. I finally get the manager and she tells me there was an issue. I asked if she could elaborate and said an issue. At this point I’m frustrated as it’s getting later and later. Getting close to 9! I mentioned my app wasn’t working anymore. She said it should reset itself & it would be on the way. I hung up.
The app started to work and it says Ali is on his way and it will be here by 9:07. All of a sudden it’s marked as delivered. NOTHING was delivered.
I called back. The lady who answer tells me I should check my door. I let her know nothing was there. She said they were checking with the delivery driver. So, I wait and wait. The manager gets on and said I hung up so she took it as order canceled. I said I never canceled the order and she knows it! I told her you took the $33 AND marked it as delivered. She hung up. So, no food and $33 stolen! This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service!

Dominos has really stepped up their game! We order from here all of the time now, sometimes carry out, sometimes delivery. It’s always ready fast, and the food is consistently yummy. It’s also affordable! Every time we come in, the staff is super friendly and working hard. Thankful to have this as an option for a fast and cheap family meal. Keep up the good work guys, our family appreciates you!

$23 for a medium 2 topping!!! Are you out of your mind! I went to Pete’s market next store and got a brisket dinner($9.29), 6 tamales($6.99), a bowl of fried shrimp, and an Oreo brownie pudding cup($2.50), FOR $23!!!

On hold for 20 mins couldn’t cancel my order even though I called the minute I made it in the wrong location. The pickup location changed after I logged into my account. I currently live out of state. I guess you’re SOL if you wanna reach this place by the phone. I called back twice.. never got a chance to cancel my order and noway to leave a voicemail. I guess it’s just sitting there.
I just tried to order a buffalo chicken sandwich for pick up and I was trying to get extra chicken,buffalo sauce and some ranch on since on the app it doesn't let you chose if extra meat or anything else extra I called in the order .. talk to some girl that was getting my oder and she going to tell me that they don't do that extra on any getting.....so I told her forget and thank you and hung up on her. What is the purpose of order food from there if you can't order your sandwiches the way you want especially if I paying for it..
