The Hash Brown were terrible , not fully cooked and they were cold and the taste was bad .
No napkins in the bag . My egg cheese muffin , the bread wasn’t toasted at all , Just terrible experience today !! I will not order these anymore or order anything from this location again !!

Never had a bad experience here, my go-to Dunkin when i get coffee for work in the afternoon, or when i go out in the morning. The workers are nice when you're nice to them, common decency, nothing serious. Been going here for 3-4 years, good stuff.

I’ve been long time customer but today was my last visit as I’ll never return. I ordered through the app to save time at drive thru because I was in a hurry. My daughters opened the bag of their doughnuts and they were filled with ants! We had to throw doughnuts in garbage and my daughter was crying from having ants all over her hands holding the doughnut. I tried calling the store several times but nobody answered.

I ordered from them this morning and wanted to enjoy a midnight coffee but when I tried this coffee it tasted like regular coffee. I will never confuse midnight coffee with some other crap. My morning was ruined and I was upset. Now I read the reviews for this Dunkin and realized that this is not an isolated case and they constantly cheat customers like this. What a shame that such terrible service exists in Palos Hills.

Went here for a Carmel iced coffee the women who owns the place was at the window and told me that it was Carmel when it said original I asked twice and she lied to me I had to go back inside for my correct coffee. DONT lie to customers if you know you made it incorrectly the other worker inside told me that the women (Indian) didn’t add Carmel into it.

NEW OWNERSHIP FIXED IT!!!!! I live just around the corner and for so long I drove out of my way to avoid this location. Since new ownership took over, I have returned and have not had one single issue. I am happy to say FINALLY the staff are trained, they are not rude, and my order has not been messed up once. The previous ownership seemed to hire anyone, the employees were awful and orders were always wrong. One even spilled my scalding hot drink on me then said it was my fault. I am happy to say the change seems to have repaired all issues, and the location closest to my house is now worth visiting. If you had a bad experience previously it's worth giving them a shot and keeping business in the neighborhood.

This will come off as mean, but do all Dunkin in the area hire those with a 1st grade reading level? I would never imagine that “Ssg” means Bacon. Every time I order from both Hickory Hills locations AND Worth, I never get a sausage patty when I order it. Are you out of it? Tell me at the speaker! Ridiculous and will not be giving my business to any of these 3 locations ever again. Shame, learn to read.
