When this first opened, it was great! After a few years in business, they have slipped. They don't have a lot of menu items, The order board is not working, some staff are super awesome and some are...meh!? I still have hope for this place as it's a nice walk from my house to their location.

This place is horrible!! I did a mobile order came and picked it up. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker, even had to drive around twice. The lady stated she didn't hear me. I received my order which was only 2 coffees a large and a small hot coffee. The lady said they were out of small cups so she put the small in a medium and didn't even fill it half way. It only had cream and sugar, It was no cream no sugar and ice cold. My large was exactly the same way. There are so many other Dunkins in the area avoid this one for sure!! Absolutely terrible service, coffee and attitudes I'll go elsewhere from now on and I used to come there often.

I'd give them ZERO stars if that was an option but I feel like the idiot for being stupid enough to keep going back, this last time will be the very last forever though. I live in the area and have been here about 6 times, but every time gets worse than the last and the ONLY reason I ever come is because nothing else is open, MY mistake. ABSOLUTELY MY MISTAKE. I don't know who does the hiring and why this particular location is still open but it seems like a bunch of drunk and high teenagers are "running" the place. They have NEVER gotten an order of mine right, not once. What an idiot am I for having faith that in the past couple years MAYBE they'll get it right once, I have too much faith in people. My Husband and I went to get a breakfast sandwich and donuts this morning and they said they had no milk for his donuts and then the "breakfast sandwich" I left with was 6 small bags wet LITERALLY uncooked RAW bacon, and not full strips but little pieces of bacon...I didn't look into my bag to check until after we left bc we waited SO long for our food (mind You the drive through menu wasn't working so we had to come in bc I don't memorize the menu and were in a super hurry for work) but the people inside were swearing and acting like they were having a party, ignoring us and a couple other customers...I just wanted to leave and get our food and on with our day. After hearing a couple of them swearing and laughing up a storm in the back, whatever they gave me was obviously a joke on their part or maybe they're just THAT high?!! Whatever the case may be I SERIOUSLY would advise everyone against this specific location, NOT ONCE have they ever gotten my order right and I feel like they care so little that if I keep going here they're gonna poison me or at the very least spit in my food. I don't say this jokingly bc the attitude they ALL have is disgusting but I've been too nice and timid to say anything, not this time! I don't post reviews unless a place is THIS bad or really good and I'm absolutely disgusted at what just happened. I threw away all the food and don't even have time to go back and ask for a refund but I'd be happier if this place just closed down and they opened up something different in this spot. Yes it's THAT bad. NEVER again.

Stay in your car if you want to be served because they will ignore you until the cars are served! Good thing is the dress code is very relaxed as a young lady looked like she rolled out of bed wearing pajama pants and a bonnet.

It seems my coffee order is really complicated for the drive thru to understand. Hot coffee, cream and sugar. Today they almost gave me an iced coffee. Then I got my hot coffee and there was no cream or sugar. That's not the first time they got it wrong. To add to the bad experience they were out of all bagels and I received like $3 in change cause they ran out of singles. As I was sitting there waiting for my change another employee walked past the drive thru girl and said I want to go home. She had to say it loudly cause they had their music pretty loud in the background. No wonder she got my order wrong.

I like to always buy my coffee piping hot before there was good service, and now there isn't anymore... It happened at 2 a.m. And they gave me my cold coffee. I told the man who served me that my coffee was cold, not hot, and he didn't care. There have been two times now that they have given me my coffee very cold. I don't know if I will continue shopping there again.
