There are 2 Dunkin that serve the best hot chocolate. It is the one right by my house and the other in Berwyn on my way to work. Others that I have tried have tasted watered down and the taste is not the same.

Customer service is the worst!! Honestly the drink I ordered was wrongly made ask kindly to recame and received attitude from the worker. This is harassment. It shouldn’t be to the point where workers get out of character because they make the order wrong, a customer ask for an order and I expected to get the order that I’m paying for.

Made an order of $6 meal Egg and Cheese croissant with no bacon on it and they delivered a very cold hash browns Without warming it , I called them and complained, and they offered a free credit meal went back the same day and took it with me when I arrived home. I opened it, and I see that they added bacon to it, although the original meal was Egg and cheese croissant.
Not welcoming people at all, the worker gave me a weird blank stare when I grabbed the rest of my stuff, it was a very strange interaction

I give it a chance every time I pass it because it is a location of convenience but every single time they manage to get my order wrong and or I have to wait at the drive-through for at least five minutes for someone to take my order. However, the people seem very nice, but being nice is not the only type of Customer Service you have to provide.
