Whenever I go there at night and it's all different times of the night the guy that works there is very strange and for some reason closed down for data updating I've never heard of such a thing I've asked two other Dunkin' Donuts that are close to my house if they do that at night they said they've never heard of such a thing what's this guy really doing in there he is a strange character

This place is ALWAYS gross & dirty , the coffee stains are DAYS old , floors are sticky..its not even busy and they have plenty of help.. but these people do NOTA CLEAN… everr!? I took pictures but it wouldn’t let me post them..winder why?

Very rude staff, strong attitude. My order was never right, and when I tell the staff they said we made the way you want, but actually it's not . Cold shake must be cold and heavy but I get it warm and liquidy, almost like soupe .Waste of my money every time. The window lady who takes the orders is very rude and ignorant . She Take the order with attitude and give you the order with attitude and you can't say to her your orders is wrong she will ignore you and take the next person order

Won't honor sales promotions. I've been here many a time and requested promos with my order but for some reason today they said I had to order through the app and even though I did they still wouldn't give me the promo because I didn't add the $2 sandwich to my initial order I asked if I could redo the order they said no. This place is one of the most inefficient restaurants I've ever been to. Terrible management
