I enjoyed going to this Dunkin before work for my coffee. It’s made well and usually quick. Lately, I do not appreciate starting my day by being called “hun” by a stranger. You have no business doing so. None.

I've been coming here for a long time. And I live right close to it. And they always get my order wrong well I always come for a large ice coffee with 4 creams and 4 equals and lately They don't add the equal. So i'm not coming to this place anymore I'll take my business somewhere else

Stay the hell away from this place. Can't get an order right. Can't replace it without argument and employees are ignorant as they come. Why would I continue to pay for the wrong order? And then start a whole argument with my husband over it. He called and told them they messed up and we will not continue to pay for messed up stuff. They offered a free breakfast sandwich. He got there and they said no they can't do that. Trash. Corporate was called. This place needs to be shut down!!!

The customer service experience was quite frustrating. We patiently waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes, but unfortunately, no one from the staff approached us or even acknowledged our presence, even when we drove up to the window. It left us feeling a bit let down and perplexed!

It shouldn’t take me 30+ minutes to go through the drive thru at 10 at night during a weekday. I noticed once an order is taken, the next car waits a long time until it’s their turn. When I arrived at the window, it seemed there was only one, very overworked employee, all alone. SHAME on management/owners of this store. This location is pretty busy and active with the restaurants open late all around. This man shouldn’t be working alone.And to the poor employee, find you a better job honey. Thank you for my drink, it was honestly delicious and people usually mess it up. Again, don’t slave yourself for a job that treats you like that.
