Durbins is great until it’s not. For one it has great potential, however the ambiance lacks. Every time we go the music is NOT it. It’s either some “cruising” music or road trip throw backs. The DJ really needs to read the room because nobody is ever dancing. Two, pizza and food is great! Honestly all with very reasonable prices which is why we come again. Not to mention the great deals they vary and family Bingo nights are great. However their drinks are not always a hit. I can bear with that. Third, I feel that there’s no incentive to try and welcome the Latino community. I couldn’t even ask for a “Paloma” which is the most basic drink. Not to mention no hispanic music at ALL. If you read the room 25-50% of your crowds some nights are LATINO idk just thought I would point that out because your other location seems to be all inclusive. At last, security needs to not feel that comfortable doing coke in front of customers. I found that CRAZY!!! Go to the bathroom or something. With that being said,I will still go continue to support the establishment. As stated it’s a bang for the buck. So great for pregaming or earlier dining with the family.

so many pizza that are prepped up with a sugar sauce..this was an Italian taste..loved eating and the toppings were not spared...great pizza

Parking: many spots but sometimes taken because others have found a great place to eat and drink especially on bears game days..but for take out there is a special slots

I had my husband's 50th birthday party at Durbins and it was great. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. The prices are reasonable.

I received exactly what I ordered and how I ordered it! Medium with pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms on regular crust baked well done. The pizza was good. Ordering online was as easy as 1, 2, 3. Ordered for pickup and it was ready at the time quoted. The worker at the counter seemed friendly.

Parking: Lot is shared with other businesses and spots were scarce at the time I went for pickup on Monday afternoon at
around noon.

Fantastic pizza, I am from Las Vegas and the only thing that caught me off guard was square cut pizza. But my Chicago friend says that's better for sharing! Surprising, they have the most delectable French fries which were unexpectedly ordered.

Ordered delivery on Saturday 10/5/24 and never got my order delivered. I called an hour later thinking there super busy or my order never went through. It turns out the kitchen closed an hour ago. I was told a manger will call me to refund my money. Never called. I called everyday until today and was told the manager would call me. I finally told them I'll be doing a dispute and got a call back saying that the manager called me and left a VM which was a complete lie and that I would have to dispute the charge anyways as it's a 3rd party. How is it a 3rd party if it's your own website!? Last time I'll be ordering from here. Crazy how they lie to you that they called and left a VM. Lies.....

Ordered jumbo pizza...spent 48.00 plus tip...worst pizza I ever had in my life...too many pizza places in the area that would be happy to have me spend my money with them
