Decent food, crab rangoons were a little weak.
I think about their orange chicken every day. It’s literally the best and I miss it so much.
Food: tastes I like examples, hot & sour soup. Singapore rice noodles. Egg foos. Chow foods, lots more.
Great food! They only have take out and delivery right now, I hope they resume dine-in service soon. The vegetable lo mein is my new favorite dish to order!
I've had their food three times and it's delicious. Good all three times - but I think I've had my share of not going out/or getting food on holidays! We ordered; they told us 30 minutes...we waited an hour and twenty!!
Awesome Won Ton Soup and egg rolls! Really everything is delicious and great service!
My wife and LOVED our Beef in Broccoli and egg roll. Excellent
Really good food.. always hot and fresh best spot around the area
Today is Saturday 4/17 I’ve ordered Mongolian Beef and Vegetable Fried Rice to go.Mongolian Beef is so salty it’s so hard to eat.We mixed with vegetable fried rice it’s less salty.I’m very disappointed.Never going to order anything
What can I say about Hong Min? I LOVE THIS PLACE. It's I grew up eating one kind of Chinese food- Fried Rice- and never tried anything else. Then one fateful day my friend invited me to Hong Min where I took a bite of her Lemon Chicken and I was hooked. Lemon Chicken, massive Chicken Pot Stickers, savory Curry Puffs...Come on, the Shrimp Fried Rice might as well be called Rice Fried Shrimp because it is packed with baby Shrimp. SOOOO good. Both the pan fried noodle Chicken and Beef Chow Mein are amazing. I thought I'd HATE IT. Nope. Love it. The Chow Meins can get a little greasy/oily sometimes. But it doesn't affect the flavor. The sweet & Sour Fried Scallops scallops my husband had steamed pretty fast so the breading got soggy but it didn't ruin the meal. He loved those scallops! Oh and on the topic of Sweet & Sour, the house made Sweet & Sour Sauce? There's nothing better than that sweet peachy tart goodness. OMG. It should be in stores....We've been here dozens of times and we'll be back again. When I picked up the food Amy was so sweet and kind to me. I made a new friend! She let me take pictures of the origami cranes that her niece, a teacher, makes. She even gave me some because it was my birthday ? Thank you for *everything* Amy!*Word to the wise, if you order Lemon Chicken, consider getting it with the sauce on the side. It lasts longer if you don't finish your meal, the chicken stays crispy(ish), and doesn't get mushy over night. Just a thought. That's why the picture shows a spoon drizzling sauce on the chicken. I always get it on the side. Enjoy!

Been going here over 20 years. Food is excellent.
Food was excellent and the service was great. Prices were very reasonable. Would go back.
Great little off the beaten path restaurant. We had the Hong sue chicken, mongolian beef & pork fried rice and they were all so delicious! No pictures as we ate it all soooo fast!
Our favorite go to for Chinese takeout. Food has always been fresh and good. No matter how much or how little we order... It's always ready in 15 minutes. During covid-19, we ordered a feast for Christmas day.
Been going here for years. You have to try the Lemon Chicken!
