I got a chicken sandwich meal that cost ten dollars and the Chicken Sandwich was probably as big as a white castle and all it had was 2 buns, one piece of chicken and 2 slices of pickles.No, lettuce, no tomato, no sauce.

What can I say about McDonald's? Other than it's fast food, lol. But I went there to try the Chicken Big Mac, and well, it's chicken, lol. It was good.

I Order food in the drive through and the girl that's handing out the food, it's very rude, an unprofessional!!!!!
You never have to question if they will get your order right.. because they won't. It will likely be wrong, every time.
The gent working the drive thru window is delightful though.

They are getting more expensive and their quality in food is still the same Soy and mystery meat mix.

The manager is always yelling at the employees and talking bad about the customers. I’m not sure what his deal is but it creates for a very weird atmosphere when you can clearly tell the employees are scared of him and as a customer you feel like you’re in the wrong.

Had other delivered and they didn't give all my food. I called and Leah told there was nothing she can do. I can go get food at another time or nothing.
She said take it up with door dash. Doordash didn't make the mistake, they did. She would not correct it.

Haven’t gone there in a long time because they kept messing up my orders. Went back after a year. When they repeated my order back, I told them it was not correct and they. “Fixed” it. Get my order, and it’s wrong. Completely done now with this location. $9 for a wrong order.

Young kids with smart mouths and poor customer service skills. We used the drive thru. Paid for a sweet tea at first window. Second window said they were out of sweet tea (at 7pm!!) she offered to give us a fountain drink instead, but when I asked if it was the same price as the tea her response was “I mean does it even matter? I’m giving it to you for free.” (Was not free I paid for the drink) then I rephrased the question and said “I mean is it cheaper than the tea?” ( I didn’t want to pay more for a bev I was already settling for) her reply was “I don’t know the prices off the top of my mind” …just plain rude. This is not how you talk to people in customer service. Better trained staff please!

Lost a whole lunch break waiting on a $5 meal. 10 minutes in the store, nobody has helped a single person waiting in line. Bring your own napkins, this place will never give you any.
Online orders are either done in 30 seconds or 20 minutes. Insanity
